Only problem is that any shop worth their salt will give you a full inspection at the same time. Sure you save money doing it yourself. but not having a rack or a professional check out your car is a huge disservice. Honestly as a service writer Shops don't make jack shit from oil changes. The only reason we really do it is cause it lets us check out the vehicle and check for any other problems that could lead to a real job. Also I agree with the other comment change your damn oil filter.
