  • A delicious and healthy breakfast made with eggs and rolled oats.
    Ingredients:
    Rolled oats - 100g
    Eggs - 2
    Milk - 200ml
    Cumin powder - 1tsp
    Black pepper - 1tsp
    Salt - 1tsp
    Shredded Cheese - 15g
    Olive oil - 15ml
    Process:
    Put oats into a bowl.
    Add milk and soak oats for 2 minutes.
    Stir and press oats a little more so they are well softened.
    Then add in 2 eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, cumin powder and mix well.
    Put 15ml in a pan and brush around.
    Pour in the oats mixture.
    Cook on low heat.
    Put the lid on the pan and cook until it fully inflates.
    Then remove lid and flip after it deflates.
    Cook for 1 more minute.
    Dish out and enjoy.
