    Farmed salmon is over priced and not as good as wild salmon. I smoke a lot of salmon and only use wild Coho or Sockeye. I can't understand why people pay so much for an inferior product, which use to be considered poor man's food. It is pretty pathetic that sushi is more expensive in New Brunswick then in Ontario because of the price gouging.

    Farmed Atlantic salmon has never been my cup of tea. I'd rather buy frozen chinook; much tastier.
