In this video, Celebrated Canadian chef and cookbook author Dennis Prescott and Allain Savoie from La Maison Beausoleil head into the bay to learn why New Brunswick is a leader in producing safe, quality oysters.
After a morning of oyster farming, Chef Prescott and Allain of Beausoleil Oysters head to Île-aux-foins Park to create an oyster platter featuring both raw and grilled oysters. The raw oysters are served with an apple mignonette while the grilled are topped with garlic compound butter and lemon parm pangrattato. 🦪
