Awesome Chase!, I once got stuck in almost exact pit as shown at 2:24, Love the way you twist the tire before hitting the larger end. Would be great to put some tips overlays in the video like what mode it was Trial or Sport etc. That way it will help many mate :) Thanks for sharing

Do you go off road much in your 2017 awd-i? How does it perform?
@@rav4me Ive been in mud 3 times now, I definitely feel that the rear axle is powered. I am yet to get stuck even though the last time a VW Tiguan had some hard time following me.
Brake vectoring isnt the best, but front to rear power distribution works well enough to propell you in most situations.

Can u give us the sizes of car's Tires and brand name
Sure! Wheel rims: KMC KM708 BULLY, Tires: Falken Wildpeak AT3W 245/55r17
@@rav4me isn’t it 245/60 R18?
@@WMareckiW no, 245/60r18 is about 10% bigger circumference than factory tires. I thought this might cause problems with scraping, speedometer and hybrid system (but I'm no mechanic). It would be good to know if someone has put this size on a hybrid and had any problems.
@Trav B the steering is less responsive/slower. This took a few days to get used to. Fuel economy dropped by about 10 - 12%. There's more noise too. But for me, this was a reasonable compromise. Offroad driving is a pleasure, I don't worry about getting stuck in mud, and I love how it looks. Fuel economy is still much better than a proper 4x4, which is important for me.
@@rav4me What is your average fuel economy in the city and on the highway now? Based off the percentages I could expect around 36mpg city and 33mpg highway?
