Thanks man but I was under the impression you should not touch the bulb with your fingers... Is this correct?

Yes it's best if you don't touch it. The oils from your fingers can cause the bulbs to fail earlier.

i've alredy seen the bulb crack only by touchin it with the oil from ur fingers

Neilo VW in Sacramento, CA quoted my 75 YO mom $535 for replacement of the HID bulb. They claim its so much because they have to remove the whole front bumper. What a disgrace they are.
