I have never used Air dry clay. I have always hand built my pieces and kiln fired them. The soap dish is my favorite! I could have done this with my Blind and Visually Impaired Classes! I enjoy your creativity. I'm glad I found your channel.
I made some coasters like yours and they looked very modern and lovely, but I added some adhesive backed cork to the base of mine, so that they didn't scratch my coffee table. I loved the candle holder you made, and I also love the finish you gave it.
YAAAY!!! I am so happy to hear you made the coasters and loved them! I would love to see how they turned out!! 🤩💝 And well done on the cork - I'll add some to mine too!!
I am still using this soap holder and it is still holding up well. I actually painted it with waterproof acrylic paint with 2 coats and it's fine for now. Maybe it is smart to seal it though. Do you have any suggestions on a product I could use? Thanks 🥰
nice and useful ideas, I like them! I just wonder if you really used them for any length of time. the candle holder is easy enough to use - no water. and it can be cleaned without actually wetting it. but the soap holder and the coasters need to get wet a lot and on the regular. isn't that a problem with the ADC?
Hey Mel, I am so glad you liked my air dry clay DIYs 🥰 I did not make the concrete block. It is actually a concrete terrazzo tile I found in my backyard. I honestly love it!
Very pretty set of accessories. It was elegant to use the same color to harmonize, it also helped to not be distracted by color.

@@HomeByMon You can use tacky glue and felt as an alternative, but I prefer cork, as it lasts longer.

I’m mad about your channel 😳😍😍😍
Yaaay 🥰♥️🌷Thank you so much
Did you add something to protect the soap dish? Otherwise water would ruin the clay, wouldn´t it?
@@stephaniefarrugia5596 yes! I applied see through finish 🥰
Beautiful! Won’t the soap holder be ruined by water? Do you seal the clay?

The music is fine but the interruptive voices in it are highly annoying
