Thanks a million! Mi Weber Genesis 310 (LPG) is over 10 years old, and I haven’t been diligent enough in cleaning and maintaining it. Your video, detailed instructions, and technical notes and tips allowed me to disassemble and clean it, replace the ignition system, and put the grill back together in good working order with zero frustrations and mistakes.

Thanks for the video. I plan to follow it for the disassembly and scrape down of the tub. I'll probably skip the Easy-off though.

The latest NE Tropical storm tossed my grill on its face bending the control valves and breaking the knob. I had to order a new manifold and this video calmed my fears about how to get behind the knob face plate and access this area. Also did not know about accessing the igniters and how to replace them as well as the battery. Very Helpful!! Thanks!

They call them flavor bars because the juices drip onto them and sizzles and the smoke from that is part of the good flavor we are looking for.

GREAT VIDEO! I watched this after already cleaning my "new to me" (used) Spirit 3-burner. I wish I had seen this first.
***Your comment about anti-sieze on the burner tube hex screws was spot on. One of mine was seized in there and I ended up just replacing all those screws.
***Your comments about the cabinet rusting were also dead accurate. I bought my grill used and didn't notice how badly rusted the bottom cabinet was. About 60% of the gray paint was simply ready to flake off. Weber builds a poor quality cabinet, in my opinion. The base of mine was also very badly rusted.
***My burner tubes were all full of rusty particles and so was the gas manifold in the back of the grill that pilots the gas to light the 2nd and 3rd burners.
I have had some difficulty getting the grill hot and thought I rebuilt something wrong. However, I found out the grill must be lit a certain way for it to heat properly.
The key is to open the gas tank valve VERY SLOWLY and then WAIT a few seconds for the manifold to pressurize itself with propane before finally opening the burner valves.

I wasn't cleaning mine but replacing the burners. Your video helped a lot. I didn't want to break any pieces. Thanks to you, I didn't. Thanks!

Thanks for the dimple trick. You are the first to actually explain how it is locked in. Got lots of helpful tips from this and I'm only half way through. . Also, Weber burners have 10 year warranty. Just replaced my crossovers on a 6 year old Spirit 330 Grill in Canada. Make sure to register your unit at time of purchase.

Thank you for sharing. I learn a lot just watching it.
    Specially how to disassemble it.
I now know now that I need to change my flavor bars and probably my grates.
