Thank you for the great instructions. I am about to tackle my Weber Genesis silver B grill burners and igniter very soon. Ordered the parts from Amazon which should be here tomorrow. As long as I am replacing the burners and igniter, I thought I would go all out and replace gas hose and flavoriser bars. Thanks again. Update: The day after I posted this thank you, I received all my Weber Genesis Silver B parts that included the burners and it went real smooth with zero problems. Before and after watching this video I saw hit and miss guys struggling with the burners and took them out the wrong side, plus unscrewing the two guide screws and one guy even cutting the two screws off! Another guy unscrewing the spider guards from the manifold. So glad I followed this man on removing the burners. After I got the new burners in, I replaced the igniter, gas hose and flavorizer bars and my 18 year old grill is like new again. 👌
I am probably the least handy person on the planet and with the help of your video I just replaced the burner tubes on my Weber in under 15 minutes (two burner model - burner 7507, it's that much easier still). The instructions that came with were incomprehensible. Thank you so much for this!
This is the right way to do it. No unscrewing the guide screws, the right way to drop the manifold valve assembly, its so straightforward this way. The instructions come with the burner kit and are also available online at Weber's support site.
Quoting someone else below: "Thank you so much for this video. It gave me the confidence I needed to fix my grill. Your directions made it seem so easy and it was easy!!!"
Fixed my 22 year old BBQ with your help. My front burner wasn't igniting. In fact I had to clean the end bit where the gas comes out before going into the burner bar as that was clogged (the bit that the spider catchers protect).A wire brush did the job. Took the time to clean the burner bars as well and banged out the carbon deposits. Great result. Thank you
Just replaced the cross burner piece and your video helped because it has been a week since I took this bad boy apart. Should have taken pictures but didn't so this video helped refresh my memory. Thanks again for your effort on the video.
Very Helpful! Just replaced my 15 year old original rusted out burner tubes on my 2008 Genesis 320 after watching this. Only issue for me was that one of the bolts holding the manifold bracket was completely rusted and I couldn't get a socket or vice grips on it so I had to drill it out. I replaced with a 2 1/2 inch stainless hex bolt and nut. New burners work great!!
Thx for the video. I just had a fire in one of the knobs. Apparently this can occur when the tubes become blocked. This is exactly the video I needed today. The camera doesn’t show how your removed the screws from the front plate but I see there is a gap in the plastic handle that allows easy access to the screws. Just finished the replacement- easy peasey - very well explained
I have the same Weber Genesis Silver B grill. Your video was perfect in helping me replace the Crossover Burner Tube and Igniter Kit. Thank you so much for making my life easier today!
I'm with Jonathan Chan.. the directions were crazy and I could not do what they said to do.. But watching your video showed me how to do this and it worked...Thank you!
This is an outstanding video. In fact, after watching this I went out and replaced my 19 year old burners in about 30 minutes without any problems. Great work, and thanks for sharing!
I want to thank you for this excellent instruction video even giving the replacement part numbers. I am 66 year old retired female caring for my disable husband. We use our grill here in Florida year around. I was able to complete the replacement in about 45 minutes with your video . Thank you so much for the help...
You saved me! Looked at the directions and scratched my head. Your video was super easy to follow and helped me get my old Webber back up and running. Thank you very much! Appreciated...
Thanks so much! I knew my husband would not be thrilled about doing this job with a greasy grill so I followed your instructions and all worked beautifully. I also installed a new igniter since I had one. Good instructions!
Thanks so much for posting this video. I have a Weber natural gas grill and all the burners were basically shot. After watching this video I was able to do the job myself. Saved a bunch of cash. Thank you again !
this was so helpful! I purchased the replacement parts online. I thought I could just unscrew from the inside and got stuck big time. your step by step instructions saved the day. thanks
This video was just what I was looking for. Our burner tubes are looking like they'll need to be replaced at some point and you showed just how easy it is to replace them, so thank you.
Thanks for the video Mack, had someone give me an old Silver, saved me a hassle with a few rusted out bolts. I believe the one I have is probably 25 years old. Grills like a champ now. Appreciate you time.
Great video very helpful thank you for posting this. I had a gas leak at the manifold, after watching this video I knew how to take the grill including the cover under the knobs apart. In checking the burner tubes I found the crossover to be corroded and in two pieces. I called Weber bought the new manifold that comes with the hose and new regulator. I mentioned the crossover and they provided me with a new set of burner tubes at no cost under warranty. If I had not called Weber I never would have known.
Fantastic video with step by step procedures anyone can follow! You made me feel like a very handy person. Thanks again!!! and don't fret, I'm 67 and my battery runs out quite often!
With your video we were able to fix up our old genesis s-320 to move it from our house to our camper / campsite out of state and give it a new life for us out here, Unfortunately the two bolts holding the big bracket on were so rusted and practically welded to the grill i had to remove the three smaller bolts you advised against- but with alertness, an extra set of hands and extra care we got it all changed out new ignitor, burner tubes and it burns like new, i love these grills my grandma also had one! i wish theyd bring back production of the s-320!!
Thank You for taking the time to break this process down.My burner tubes are rust rotted and i need to order my replacements. You just helped out a million on the work I have to do.Thanks once again!Have a great 4th of July!
Thank you. I followed your lead. I successfully installed the burners. Again. Thank you so much for providing quality content. I subscribed to your channel.
It worked! My wife and I just did the replacement with a slightly different model of Weber grill, but it all lined up with what was described in the video. Thanks & nice job.
Fantastic video with step by step procedures anyone can follow! You made me feel like a very handy person. Thanks again!!! I'm 68 and I know I can do this :-)
THANK YOU for making this video.... it helped all of us that need to do the same. Keep your videos coming PLEASE! THANK YOU AGAIN! We could not have done this without your help.
Thanks to your video, I was able remove my burner tubes with ease. First I cleaned them of surface grease with paint thinner. Then I cleaned the holes that had clogged over time in the center tube (and only that tube). For grins, I polished all 3 tubes with my Kalamazoo 1 x 42 belt sander. Upon reassembling my grill the flame pattern was perfect, good as new. I can't imagine the circumstances that would cause me to buy a new set of tubes. And mind you, my grill is by no means young. I guess that which is made of stainless steel can be expected to have a very long life.
Great video and replacement video instruction. So just to pass on I called Webber to find out how much the parts are and she told me the burner tubes and the crossover bar have a 10 yr warranty. My grill is 8 yrs old so I am getting replacement parts for free. Love Webber!
Thanks for the video! After watching this it only took me 10 minutes (start to finish) to remove the old tubes and install the new ones. My grill works like new now.
Thanks a million for this video. What looked like a difficult task sure was easy after watching your video. Wish I would have known about popping off the cover under the knobs when I replaced the igniter 5 years ago. I really appreciate and thank you very much!
Thanks for taking the time to post - i was having problem figuring out how those guide screws were going to come out - your video shed the light on that - pulled the manifold and it all went smooth from there. thanks ps - trust him - those guide screws are just guides- and there is NO reason to mess with them.
Excellent instructional video. Just got through replacing burners, and your steps are perfect. My burner tubes had different numbers stamped on them that what yours had. Thanks!
I tried changing out my burners last year and eventually gave up. My mistake was trying to remove the screws that are just guides for the burners to rest on. Will give it a try this week after watching your video, seems simple enough to do, now.
Great demo! I have a Silver Genesis and the new tubes slid right into the knobs jets without even removing the bolts and sliding them back. I guess the two burner tubes on the Genesis can get more of an angle to slide in then the three burner set. Many thanks for the help!!!
Thank you so much for this video. I am far from mechanically inclined so I was nervous about doing this. I followed your instructions to the tee and my grill works like new
Thanks very much for sharing your knowledge on this grill. Mine is identical and I will be installing the new burners today. BTW I found a "grill mat" that is designed to grill fish or any item that may fall through the grates. Found it in the supermarket for about $8 and it works great. It's made out of a heat proof material, rolls up for storage and really cooks well.
Thanks for your efforts. My Genesis is a bit newer, the panel is secured by one phillips screw on the rear side. My #1 tube has/had a tab that holds the igniter which my replacement did't have (solved with a SS hose clamp). FYI - I, like you, had my grates with the narrow side up and that is upside down! Discovered while about to order new ones. Don't need to now, the right sides are still like new, after laborious cleaning.
Today I turned my Weber just like this into a charcoal with grill grates!!! Used a charbroile charcoal pan perfect fit!! Left the gas tubs for support of pan...
You forgot to add in tools the drill and cold chisel to remove the two screws holding the tubes on the left side. Thank you for your help though. Rust never sleeps.
TechnoMack, thanks bunches! Your video was most helpful, helped to avoid misteps. Only problem I had was having one of the Phillips screws strip out. They are the scourge of do-it-your-selfers.
Thank you so much! This is very helpful and very accurate. On twist relevant to my Weber Genesis EP-320, I could not get the two screws on the right out - even after using lots of penetrating oil. Fortunately, if you are careful you can feed the burners right through and it was much quicker.

This just helped me give new life to a 20+ year old grill that I purchased on the cheap for a campsite. Thanks for the video!

I once was lost but now I am saved .... by YOU! Saved me $150 and proved my wife wrong. I CAN DO IT!
Thanks so much! I replaced the burner tubes yesterday--don't think I could've figured it out without your help. Thanks!

Went to Home Depot, picked up the burners and within 15 minutes time, I had the new burners installed. Thank you for the video. Much appreciated !
I have a two burner Spirit. Basically the same grill. could not have done this job without this video. Thank you.

You saved me! Looked at the directions and scratched my head. Your video was super easy to follow and helped me get my old Webber back up and running. Thank you very much! Appreciated...
You obviously know your stuff and helped me a great deal. Only problem was your blocking the camera!
Thanks so much! I knew my husband would not be thrilled about doing this job with a greasy grill so I followed your instructions and all worked beautifully. I also installed a new igniter since I had one. Good instructions!
He’s a lucky man!
Thank you, greatly, kind sir! My husband and I completed this task in record time!

Great video! We have a Genesis 2000 circa 1989ish. First time we are replacing burners. Thanks for sharing.
yin yogini Good luck! Let me know how it goes!
Thank you TechnoMack. Easy to follow instructions. Successfully removed burners in 15 min.
The best help ever!! Just did ours! Thank you for this video it saved us from buying a new grill!
Thanks a million for this video. What looked like a difficult task sure was easy after watching your video. Wish I would have known about popping off the cover under the knobs when I replaced the igniter 5 years ago. I really appreciate and thank you very much!

Your the chris Pratt of repairing grills dude!! Solid instructions thanks!!!
Great video. Helped me get out my burners from my 13 yr old Weber. Time for some new ones even though the old ones look OK.
Excellent instructional video. Just got through replacing burners, and your steps are perfect. My burner tubes had different numbers stamped on them that what yours had. Thanks!
I just replace my burners today. It was as easy as you describe. My grill functions as if it were brand new!
Thank you so much for this video. It gave me the confidence I needed to fix my grill. Your directions made it seem so easy and it was easy!!!
Thanks for this video, I had no idea how to fix my grill. You made my life easier and my grill last longer
That was very helpful. I have a Gold but it’s similar enough that you saved me from making it harder than it is. Thank you for the video!
This was a great video (minus the wind noise). Made replacing the burners simple and easy. I think it took me 10 minutes.
Can’t thank you enough. Just saved 4 trips to the hardware store.
You probably saved me an hour man. Thanks for the video!
I tried changing out my burners last year and eventually gave up. My mistake was trying to remove the screws that are just guides for the burners to rest on.
Will give it a try this week after watching your video, seems simple enough to do, now.

Fantastic. Excellent level of detail. Really appreciate your efforts in making this available.
Thanks!
Thank you! Followed your steps and everything went wonderfully. Appreciate you making the video.
Thank you so much for this video. I am far from mechanically inclined so I was nervous about doing this. I followed your instructions to the tee and my grill works like new
Dear TechoMack, thank you. I followed your instructions and it was an easy fix. Thank you again. Jerry O'Connor
Hey,
Thanks for a great video. You made this job so much easier.
Good instruction. So much better than the manual that came with the tubes. Thank you!
Thanks very much for sharing your knowledge on this grill. Mine is identical and I will be installing the new burners today. Awesome video and very helpful. Your video helped me get my grill up and working.. Will last me another 10 yrs. Thank you for the help!!
Thanks for this. I just succeeded in replacing my burners thanks to your guidance.
Thank you. I just rebuilt my Weber Genesis grill!
Thanks so much for taking the time to post this video. I really appreciate it. this video helped me sort out my problems with my very own Grill.
Great video, I was going down the path of doing the same thing, but did not think to take the top off by the burners. Makes it a lot easer. Thanks.
This video helped make it a quick and easy process. Thanks!
Thanks for sharing the directions! Couldn't have been easier.
Thank you so much! That was much easier than the Weber instructions that said to take everything apart.
Thanks for a good video. Now I can replace my burners easily!
That is what the small adjustable parts are on the end of the tubes, very important!
Today I turned my Weber just like this into a charcoal with grill grates!!! Used a charbroile charcoal pan perfect fit!! Left the gas tubs for support of pan...
That's awesome. Great modification!
Best video for this job. Well done
You forgot to add in tools the drill and cold chisel to remove the two screws holding the tubes on the left side. Thank you for your help though. Rust never sleeps.
Excellent video. Thank you. How is it that the gas does not leak between the knob and the tube. It just gets inserted from what I could tell.
awesome job ... thanks needed to do this to my grill for some time your vid made it easy appreciate the advice!
Thanks Kevin. Happy to help!
TechnoMack, thanks bunches! Your video was most helpful, helped to avoid misteps. Only problem I had was having one of the Phillips screws strip out. They are the scourge of do-it-your-selfers.
+James Argue Those Philips-head screws screw into small plastic blocks. If you stripped it, you were doing something wrong.
This was a very helpful video! I followed you step by step and it was perfect, thank you so much for posting this!
I didn't have the same problem but this helped me figure out how to take it apart. My center valve opening turned out to be clogged.
Thank you for this. I watched this before installing my own and this really simplified things.
So very helpful and straightforward! Thank you!
Thanks for the video just fixed my grill, so easy.
Let me join the chorus of everyone saying, “Thank you!” That darn instruction manual is sixteen pages long. Your video made it super easy to do.
Thanks so much for posting that video.
Nicely done, saved me a lot of time and aggravation.
Excellent Video and so easy to follow. Thanks.
Thank you very much. Your video and suggestions were great. Job done in time to watch the game!
Good tutorial. You should've included the last part where you fired it up to test it.
Great video. Very informative and well done. Going to give it a try.
Thanks great video I have the same grill didn’t know how how to remove them
Thank you so much! This is very helpful and very accurate.
On twist relevant to my Weber Genesis EP-320, I could not get the two screws on the right out - even after using lots of penetrating oil. Fortunately, if you are careful you can feed the burners right through and it was much quicker.
