A ex sent me a pic of him graduating from college still don't want him the pic reminded me of why I left.
I think because I exposed him. He has stopped reaching out to me and his son. Which triggers my abandonment issues but it also feels right. Like I’m back on the right path. This male doesn’t deserve to be in my child’s or my life. One memory that reminds me of this is when he watched me fall holding our child and didn’t even ask if I was okay, didn’t get up to help or anything. Just stone face looked at us. 😳

Believe me it’s best for you and your child. They are useless unless you want total dis function in your life. I raise one after I cut the father out and she’s doing great without him. Tried to keep him included, but he caused more harm than good, so I went no contact and it’s been the best choice. Wishing you well and God bless

True! My ex and I were no contact for over a year. He decided to show up to a tattoo convention I was working at and invite himself out to the artist after party with his new fiancé. He tried so hard to make his presence known that it was so cringey 😖

I felt filthy from the hourlong barrage of insults, sex harrassment( “ No” was communicated last YEAR: it “ Harrasment” to keep asking, right?
I had anticipated a hard time…. Would not have done the trip had I known it would be 50 polite MORE versions of “ NO!!!!)
It wore me out, both before and afterwards!

After the break up my ex tried reaching out to me 4 times.

I am experiencing this for probably the third or fourth time right now. The same person who sees it looks like I'm moving my patio furniture is gone my front porch is clear and he is parking over here for no reason. If he comes up to me or looks at me I'll tell him I'm not okay with your behavior it's a long story of attention-seeking behavior that was basically stalking. basically I complained to management and he screamed profanities at me one day.
My ex is big mad on parenting app that I'm not scared if he takes me to court pushing my buttons. Telling me I'm denying his right to see kids when gave him alternatives to see them at family house bc I work and kids had school and after school stuff. He also expects me to drop them off at his convenience. He doesn't have license or car nor did he when we were together.
Because I'm standing firm and being civil and respectful and telling him to go ahead to take it to court state facts that in same app he said he couldn't afford app nor would keep using it, ignoring the fact I'm at work I can't be taxi to drop kids off to him (mind you I dropped child support he will never pay, charges for abuse and many other things bc court won't do anything. So I'm just letting him show himself at this point).
So I hope he does take it in front of the parentage judge. I'm letting him show his colors as he being manipulative and flipping everything I say around or ignoring it and I stay focused on kids.
Disgusting. I've been waiting on a good excuse to "unplug". I deleted FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and almost forgot Twitter(about to handle that now). I've blocked email & phone #'s. Let me know if I forgot anything please. 🙏 🏃♀️

I can sense this fool. He won't call, however he watched me on what's app with one of my phones yet he left the other phone where I can see the last time he was seen on what's app. I don't have him the time of day. Now he finally did my both phones. I know he's trying to get me to say something
When I asked him to apologize to me. He says if u want me to apologize, then he said how you doing I'm just chilling here

What kind of logic is that? Childish games like that, past a middle school or high school level, at the most, show them as immature & weak. All those mental gymnastics they do to justify their weak & embarrassing behavior, just for the to end up emphasizing just how weak & embarrassing they really are. Just apologize & correct your bad behavior like everyone else has to. To me, I'd be more ashamed of not righting a wrong I'v done & than to to everything I could to avoid fixing everything I've done to break a person tht I care about. & yet pretend I don't care, but keep baiting that person I broke into reaching out. Yur Playing a game w/ weird rules that u made up, & u kno tht other person couldn't possibly know th rules to these stupid games yur trying to play w/ them w/o their knowledge. U do all that to justify things u did, that obviously know are wrong. When if u put all that same effort & energy into righting yur wrongs & rebuilding the bridges you burned down, you'd get better results, be stronger, & have a better life. Sure, some ppl, u did too much & they're just not gonna forgive or forget. They can't. Still try tho. It's weak to give up easily. All those mental Gymnastics & all that effort & energy, to try to not look weak & justify yur indefensible behavior/actions, only to end up demonstrating yur even worse than than they thought
