Hey Tim, What can I do if I can't do a correct hindu push up? I just do them as best I can and try to power through. I can't dive, don't have the strength for it, also I am overweight and trying to lose weight. Can you help?

I like doing my hindu pushups using finger tips. Tappbrothers introduced me to use hindu pushups by using a tricep extension motion.
