You’re amazing! I have quite a few senior citizens who have funky problems with their phone. Maybe now I can help them resolve problems! These people suffer so much from confusion with tech items ... their stress is real and somewhat debilitating... I think you will assist me in relieving their angst. God bless you! Hank you so very much!

Another great informative video. Here are some suggestions base on my observations from your videos I watched for the last month: when finishing an sentence with key information at the end, slow down your talking speed and deliver it slower. Repeat the key words and keep the video shots (step by step guide) a little bid longer. Keep up the great work. Thank you for the relevant information.

About ZOOM, after listening to your video I looked at zoom on my iPhone7 and found that Apple are letting customers down by not giving clear instructions for getting out of zoom. The instructions on my phone relate to how to go into zoom, how to move zoom, and then there's something about how to "change zoom" (whatever that means) and that seems to be all. It's great you do these videos but we shouldn't have to rely on videos like yours. Apple themselves should have comprehensive instructions on their phones and should also produce videos to teach us consumers how to use what we buy.

the date and time one is so true, last year for a month my Mac kept failing to connect to the internet and I found out it was because of an automatic change to the date/time, I didn't know why it kept changing and I had to manually change it back to reconnect to the internet. Also the White point thing is exactly what I need, cause i get eye fatigue and pain, and I like to keep screens dark. I used to think LED screens can't go any darker, but this is brilliant, now I can read my phone at night.

Thanks for explaining Zoom. I'm gonna use it. I want it for maps with unreadably small street names.
In normal use, when (normal) zooming in on a map, the font size of street names stays the same (tiny).
But this Zoom feature makes the street names LARGER! Yeah!

Great tips for the iPhones there PF Flyers,..heres another one for the people who are absolutely right,
....that much is covered too fast for those in need of these tips.
What I do: Go to the you-tube tool icon located on the bottom right of the player.
Click on the tool (gear) icon and select "playback speed".
Then select 0.5 speed,..that way they sound drunk and lethargically dumbed down, so it`s even more fun and helpful.
In the here and now moments when making the video I suppose going that slow is not conducive to a productive flow and glossy feel,
yet in the final editing, voice-over narrations of demonstrative snippets that reshow each pathway and process to do and undo all that stuff gets lost in the dash for "quality" video timing and feel.
Specifically because the showing of where "cutting back" when watched intently seems like it is more confusing than the simple thing it really is.
By that I mean most all people can get to the begining without being shown that process, so it may be best to do each tip from a fresh start point , eliminating that scroll back that is more of a "wait!,..what?,..what was that?" moment.
Possibly freezeframing and using highlighted surrounds/arrows in sequence, and a split screen of step by step bullet points may embolden the tips.
( instead of relying on the grey scale highlighs of the phone itself).
Having tried to watch it from a standpoint of where the elusiveness takes hold,..it appears what you are doing is great, and no joke,...it truly demystifies stuff for me and Im sure lots of others too. THANK YOU.
With any given viewers potential visual impairment, among other things,
...some recipents are challenged in absorbing it from the fluent way presented here. .
Great Work,...I subbed,...with my one GOOD eye. Thanks again

Good content D&D , still a bit rapid though for us old-timers.
I have a question or two , I have automatic ios updates. However I much prefer the previous iOS regarding the music site , they seem to change things for the sake of it ,and without seeking any suggestions from people who use the music site .. is there a way you can “stick” with the iOS version your happy with or even go back one ? Also is there a way to make suggestions re the Apple Music site ( that will be heard )
    Many thanks keith

Hi Lesley, thank you for the feedback! We'll try to go slower next time, or do a split screen, maybe. We noticed that a lot of people stop watching if we stay on the overhead camera for too long, but I can absolutely understand how it can be confusing if we don't show it for long enough. It's the dance of trying to become a better video maker! Really appreciate your support.
