I was originally expecting Impulse on account of the raid farm and him revealing the number to the soup group. I had forgotten about just how much X likes his player kill farms. (Really obvious in season 7, this season he used them for copper and a skelly grinder for all those bones)
Honestly I think Joe is the unsung hero of Hermitcraft, constantly grinding away at not only his own projects but also those of others. Nice to see that reflected in the sand stat :D
That generosity is also why he is such a driving force behind HHH (hermits helping hermits). Just getting a couple extra hands to make a grind go so much faster. (The logic of: if 1 person can dig a hole in 4 hours, 8 people can dig it in 30minutes) And on top of the man-hours donated, he also gifts so many resources, both byproducts from his projects, and stuff he collected explicitly to give away.
Love this video, X! The stats truly tell the stories. Tango’s 2,800+ hours is WILD. And at the end, I’m so glad TFC kept a record that is so perfect for him. What an incredible season.
Mumbo decided to get a fresh outlook on the Hermitcraft server when he came back for the (third?) time after his road trip, where he changed his skin to that of a typical 'biker' and rode his 'Hog'. He mentions it was very tedious.
Also noteworthy is that Mumbo traveled 764 blocks by pig, which is certainly alot considering how slow pigs are, but I'm fairly certain his base is over 1000 blocks from spawn. (Meaning he likely on rode the pig for the camera, but honestly I'm glad he didn't actually torture himself with riding a pig back and forth between his base and spawn a bunch of times just for a bit)
I’m so happy to see TFC be included at the end there 🖤 rest in peace TFC and Jellie 🖤 Zed definitely deserves the ‘most unique Hermit’ award! And no one can deny Beef’s or Tango’s massive achievements! Or the absolute grind that Joe, Cub, Doc, or you displayed! The dedication to the art masterpieces created by Gem, Pearl, or Scar can’t be denied either… man, what a season!
08:16 Oh my god, Tango having played 118.1 ENTIRE DAYS blows my mind 😧 like on almost two years of season 9, he was connected for a whole THIRD of a year, damn that’s some mad dedication ❤️🔥✨

This was actually a really fun way to wrap up the season. Definitely would be interested to see this again after season 10! (And maybe some statistics of past seasons as well? 👉👈🥺)
An interesting thing to note is that when streaming Cleo has a redeem called "hug a creeper" i believe. This may have accounted for a significant proportion of her deaths on the server.
And she used the head self collection booth alot to get heads from custom skins. The decked out players are up there because every run ends in death, but scar is up there by combination of decked out and being Scar.

i honestly almost started crying. I forgot it was that recent/this season went on for as long as it did. Somehow it feels like it's been several years, but also just yesterday? I'm just glad he's not in pain anymore. it's the least we can hope for.
Fun fact, the deepslate diamond ores mined (assuming fortune 3 was used and we take the average of 2.2 diamonds/ore that fortune 3 gives), that total ores mined of roughly 27 thousand ores, equates to roughly 60 thousand diamonds mined, or just under 1000 diamond blocks. That roughly equates to 15.5 stacks (or over half a shuller box) of diamond blocks mined by the hermits this season, with doc alone having over a third of that total. No wonder the diamond economy had to be reset, that's a lot of diamonds.
As a little explanation, the flight distance that was maxed out by a few is the maximum number for a signed 32 bit integer (2^31 -1). The fact it is signed (could be negative) halves its maximum while it wasn't necessary as it's a distance It could also be stored differently to push this limit way back.
It's been forever since I poked at Minecraft modding, does Java even _do_ unsigned ints? (...could have sworn the distance statistics were stored as floats, which i also think don't come in unsigned variety in _any_ programming language...)
@@WackoMcGoose i don't touch java but apprently there is no native unsigned int yeah, it also makes much more sense to store it as a floating precision type. It could simply be that it is stored as a double but (wrongly) rounded as a 32bits int in the stats.
Wouldn't integer oberflows usually result in negative values (or, for unsigned ints, suspiciously small ones)? This feels much more like float behaviour, where adding one to very large values can leave them unchanged, but I can't wrap my head around how a float format would have to be designed for this number to be the cutoff. Maybe they do use an integer and increase it by one only if the result is non-negative, but that would feel janky as heck.

My brain cannot reconcile this dude, who makes cozy wholesome videos and sounds like he has tea and cookies in front of him while he records - maybe even a scone or cucumber sandwhich - with the scream mask shredding demon. Xisumatwo is a different person confirmed.
Biker Mumbo and his trusty Hog, lol. The fact that he traveled the longest distance by pig despite him not even being part of the Pulled Pork Zedvancement is absolutely hilarious! That man's got dedication. ... Well, sometimes... 😅 (I loved Mumbo's episodes and sincerely hope he'll be able to deliver more in Season X. He really pushed himself out of his comfort zone with hos base plans this season and sometimes that just doesn't work out.)
Way to go GeminiSlay! Some of those stats are suprising, but some just create lore all by themselves really. Thank you O Bone Lord for your dedication to those quite interesting numbers.
Mumbo did ride around on a hog for like 3 episodes. It was a motor cycle thing and was the sort of weird we all expect and enjoy from hemitcraft. More than 20 people collectivley going insane togeather and in isolation.
I love the difference between the rocket and flight distance. When rockets came up straight after, cause I know Joe uses a riptide trident for a lot of his smaller flying around his build, it would be a lower amount. Wild to see how big a difference it made.
10:00 they overflee the integer limit. Also interesting that they used a signed int. Like you can't get into minus so a unsigned would have been better.
It's interesting seeing the stats, but I have a feeling a bit skewed with how Doc was using the sand thingy initially. Also Scar's stat was reset after a year wasn't it?
@KatieDawson3636 when Doc first started his mural project he used the dragon egg duping technology to dupe sand as well, until the other hermits vetoed that.
@@stelmaria-mx Honestly, even if sand duping was vetoed, I'm glad he did so before it was. Because if he didn't, I wouldn't want to imagine how much of the mural and perimeter border would be incomplete compared to how it is by the end. Especially at the time he started duping, I believe it was the late stages of Decked Out 2's development, or relatively early after the game's release. Considering at the time where other hermits started to upload less Hermitcraft videos, it was very much apparent that as soon as Decked Out 2 ended would be when Season 9 ends. So Doc was effectively on a strict time limit. Please know that I'm not justifying duping in general as a good thing. Edit: Let me rephrase my last sentence. Please know that I'm not necessarily justifying that duping in general is a good or bad thing.
Very cool video. I didn't expect a Minecraft stats video to be that engaging, but your editing and revisiting hermit's areas to highlight the stats made it really interesting.
Mumbo rode so much on a pig because when he got a motorcycle in real life, he decided to get himself a hog in the game, too. And he stubbornly rode it back and forth from his base to the shopping district multiple times. Impulse's bee shenanigans were probably a result of him needing bee nests to build with, as he of course wanted them without the noisy bees.
The TFC state at the end was a nice touch X, going to be strange no TFC on season 10, Hopefully someone builds a figure of TFC at world spawn. Rip TFC!!
I know season 10 just started but i can already see some interesting statistics forming for the end. i hope you make another video like this when the time comes that season 10 ends. cheers
I love how Doc kept the diamond ore thing going to the very end of the season. It was something that just sprang out of the inordinate amount of the stuff lying around after the tower fight, but when he was running out later in the season he went mining for more just to keep it going.
Thanks X for including so many stats on all the Hermits! I am crying now for the stats on TFC, I relate to his style of play. He is a LEGEND! Looking forward to all that comes from season 10 …

(I loved Mumbo's episodes and sincerely hope he'll be able to deliver more in Season X. He really pushed himself out of his comfort zone with hos base plans this season and sometimes that just doesn't work out.)
Oh, it took me by surprice that TFC has first place on a statistic. Oh, that was a nice addition, X. 🥺💕
Way to go GeminiSlay! Some of those stats are suprising, but some just create lore all by themselves really. Thank you O Bone Lord for your dedication to those quite interesting numbers.
word cannot describe how much I love these stats, they're so blown out of proportion with the scale on hermitcraft and I love it
Seeing the actual stats just confirms how much of a god Gem is at the pvp - God Tier Gamer™
Mumbo did ride around on a hog for like 3 episodes. It was a motor cycle thing and was the sort of weird we all expect and enjoy from hemitcraft. More than 20 people collectivley going insane togeather and in isolation.
This was such a cool way to look at the immense work that goes into HC to provide us with wonderful content
I love the difference between the rocket and flight distance. When rockets came up straight after, cause I know Joe uses a riptide trident for a lot of his smaller flying around his build, it would be a lower amount. Wild to see how big a difference it made.
Such an interesting take on the season. Thanks for creating this for us!
TFC was the cherry on top. RIP TFC you will be forever missed
10:00 they overflee the integer limit. Also interesting that they used a signed int. Like you can't get into minus so a unsigned would have been better.
That statistic IS unsigned. The value is stored using 32 bits.
It's really neat seeing all these stats come out, and you can reminisce on how they came to be (provided you watched those hermits, of course).
Mumbos Hog era😂😂🤣 7KM ON A PIG!
8:45 Grian didn't make it because of the falling sand
It's interesting seeing the stats, but I have a feeling a bit skewed with how Doc was using the sand thingy initially. Also Scar's stat was reset after a year wasn't it?
Yeah, if he hadn't duped he would have the most sand mined for sure
Doc was using poppy technology to transport sand, but he was genuinely mining it. He definitely did tons of genuine sand digging this season.
@@KatieDawson3636 oh yeah, I forgot about that! But that means his "rockets used" statistic is probably a bit lower than it could have been, lol
Great job tying all those statistics together with the transitions! Loved it! Such interesting insights into the season.
What a lovely video X. Hermits are such a heartwarming bunch, I’ve really enjoyed watching them and wish you all well for season 10.
Wonderful nod to TFC at the end.
About the armor stand death: thorns on armor. That's all I'm gonna say. If you know, you know
9:13 Haha etho slab
The TFC state at the end was a nice touch X, going to be strange no TFC on season 10,
Hopefully someone builds a figure of TFC at world spawn.
Rip TFC!!
I know season 10 just started but i can already see some interesting statistics forming for the end. i hope you make another video like this when the time comes that season 10 ends. cheers
I will do!
I can basically feel Scar getting “most diamonds mined”
would not mind for this to become a tradition at the end of a season it was pretty cool also the TFC stat at the end was a nice touch.
RIP
TFC, Obi (Ren’s Chihuahua), and Jellie

I wonder, does any of the hermits know what TFC’s base plan was this season?
This was a great idea, X. It really illustrated to me how much effort goes into making Hermitcraft.
6:11 taken out of context would be so funny
I can't wait untill my new custom pc arrives. Downloading all seasons of Hermitcraft should be finally possible!
I love how Doc kept the diamond ore thing going to the very end of the season. It was something that just sprang out of the inordinate amount of the stuff lying around after the tower fight, but when he was running out later in the season he went mining for more just to keep it going.
I love these fun stats! X, You're the best!
Edit: Thanks for making sure to include TFC at the end, brought a tear to my eyes
The fact that TFC was in there for the final statisctic really made my heart melt a bit, and it was the most TFC thing possible :>
Thanks X for including so many stats on all the Hermits! I am crying now for the stats on TFC, I relate to his style of play. He is a LEGEND! Looking forward to all that comes from season 10 …
I love how in every graph there's always an insane difference between the first and the second
Wow I loved this! Would love to see it after every season!
I was hoping you'd do horses killed statistics and that it would be Bdubs, his cut always when he kills them and pretends he doesn't crack me up, I'd love to see the actual number lmao.
"waid laste", im wheezing lol
"Having to listen to all those "hhmmm"s Grian must have listened to, during those trades would have driven me insane"
You've...... met Grian..... didn't you.
