Love this video! I have been using eRank for a long time and just couldn't quite figure out how to use keyword lists. Great step by step walk through of how to do the research! And I just used this new found method on a listing that had been completely dead, and it sold the next day! That felt great to have happen!

Thank you! Your videos have been a huge help to me and have given me the confidence to open an Etsy shop. But this particular tutorial brings up a question. 🤔. Do you suggest narrowing your niche... Or nicheing down? I've watched several tutorials that suggested purposely attracting a smaller audience, by using more specific keywords. This way you're not competing with as many shops, and you're targeting consumers who are more likely to buy your products. If this is correct, then do I need to spend the time researching the most searched for keywords?
Great question, Kimberly! Researching is definitely a good chunk of the heavy-lifting, so we encourage you to spend time digging deep to be really specific about your ideal customer (IC). That way, you can choose the best keywords to target them directly. The other big chunks are testing & being patient. You'll know by trying & giving your strategy time to play out. You need data so you can spot patterns and identify what works best for your customers. Is there a simple way to move your new tags into your listing from Erank? It would be great if we didn't have to keep copy-pasting once we had our new words.
