I have more enthusiasm than skill when it comes to repairs. This worked!! First time! I’m running a test dry now, the heat is working and there’s a light smell coming from the machine which is what I assume/ hope is normal for the first run of a heating element. I made sure to vacuum all of the lint out of it as well. Thank you!
You did a great job. I have seen some techs use a meter to check the new element to be sure that it's not grounded to the housing but I guess it's what ever You're comfortable with .Ya'll always produce Great videos that show exactly how to make the repair.
I did this took apart the dryer and now I forgot how to put it back together and I purchased a new one
