Winter is still a great time to be in the garden. Love seeing the progress Anthony. Hope your tomato and chilli germination is progressing. Like you I had some older chilli seeds that didn't germinate, but the rest of the chillis and all the tomatos are looking solid

Hey Anthony im in western sydney near penrith we copped a flogging early this year with stink bugs.i found hot water and vinegar killed them instantly. Most people forget too when pruning citrus you actually leave the trees open to things like citrus gall wasp etc.best to spray with a barrier like bluestone and limestone mix when pruning is done.also helps with leaf curl and leaf miners.aphids i just keep all my old chillis and make a chilli oil dish soap mix spray early mornings if you can or once a week.depends on wind and rain etc.you dont want that chilli getting in your eyes trust me. Becareful with manures too if you have cuts i had cellulitis on my leg earlier this year due to manures and it can kill you.i was in hospital for 4 days.please take care.
Yeah I will use that bluestone and limestone mix I’ll come back and treat the tree tomorrow. I have been meaning to start using gloves with the garden just getting used to not having the freedom of movement when using bare hands. You will see me with gloves in later videos
I'm holding off pruning and feetilizing mine. The last week was a nice tease for spring here in Sydney, but we got a more cold still to come. I'm gonna wait another week or 2
Yeah I bought a commercial grade concentration from my local produce store. 1 litre is $120 but I use 1 ml to make a 5 litre sprayer. It’s lasted 3 years now and still going strong

Ive just moved into a new house with a handful of very sick and sad looking citrus trees. Im doing my best to save them, but they might be too far gone 😔

Hi Anthony, just some info for you. When you add blood and bone, add potash with it to give a complete fertiliser. It works a treat!

Gall bladder wasp?? My poor lemon tree gets riddled with it!! I have to keep cutting it off everytime I saw it!!

I don’t have too much of a problem with fall wasps but I would prune those branches off if I did

They are very resilient, I nursed mine back and they are absolutely thriving now.

Get a cal/magn foliar spray from Bunnings, that should get rid of most deficiencies and green it up
