When I went to the doctors 10 years ago, I got a PA who said, “if your scoliosis worsens, we really don’t know what we are going to do.” So...i never went back. I only went to the ER when I was recently assaulted in my building by a guest of another tenant. I found it had gone from an S-curve to a Levoconvex curve! There’s 1 vertebra to the left in an upright position & I’m just guessing, but it looks like it’s degenerative, though before I was smacked in the chest, I could dance well, even hiphop, at 59. im supposed to be in PT, but they only give you a half hour of treatment & they don’t even look at your x-rays first! Neither does a specialist look at it before going to PT now,! Things have changed drastically in medicine/medical treatment since 2021 here in Massachusetts & not for the best.
I’ve also ost 5.25“ in height.
(I’ve heard my biological family members all have back issues...seemingly from our mother)
So...how can we know who is good & if a Chiropractic will even touch such a curve??

How wonderful you’ve got these methods to use! I’m so impressed, having been in a brace from age 14 through college! Great strides!

I have hip to rib scoliosis now. I don't want surgery but would like to wear something that helps push my hip down. It's very difficult to walk with this, not to mention the pain. I will be seeking out a Chiropractor or physical therapy. Thanks for the videos.

I have the same physical problems my left rib sticks out and my left hip is higher then the right making my left leg shorter. I'm having so many problems trying to figure it all out and find the right brace as well.

I have been going to a chiropractor that also a scoliosis Specialists so they say. He fitted me for a custom brace, I ended up with the Providence night time brace which I never would have picked because I need something that I can wear 24/7 during the day I just use whatever feels good and makes it so on my bones don't touch because I'm leaning to the left 60°. I have good days and bad days where I'm more straight depending on how I put myself together in the morning. I was wondering if the brace is helping me or possibly hurting me in the long run I'm just a little confused. If the brace is considered a modern, he told me it was because he custom fitted me. Although I watched
your video and you said the Providence brace was not a modern brace. I guess I would like a video on the Providence brace if that's possible and what type of brace to ask for from the next specialist to help me so I don't get the wrong brace again

Hi, Diane Ellis here. On Aug. 16, 2021, I had spinal fusion (L2-S1) & Laminectomy (L4, L5 & S1). My pain was gradually getting worse, but now The pain is getting worse on a daily basis. I look in the mirror and I am totally flat. I Googled that.... I have flat back syndrome. I believe. I recently scheduled aqua therapy. Hopefully this will help me. I have no core at all. Last time I was in the pool I sunk to the bottom. Thank God I was only waist deep in the water. Is there any hope for me? I am at my wit's end. I have a couple of braces that I wear that are made of material with velcro and I must say that they do help. I am 73 years old and am willing to get a brace that's maybe medically better for me. I don't care what I look like. Crooked and all. I just need to be out of pain. This pain and shifting of my spine (LEVO SCOLIOSIS) is unbearable most of the time. I Live in the Boston area. What would you suggest? Oh, I got your book in the mail. It's very informative. Thank you! Sincerely, Diane Ellis
