I’ve learnt more about Tom in this 15 minute video than the 2000 hours I’ve listened to 2 bears 1 cave
He'll open up when he gets a chance to speak.
@@Edgemerian Bert talks so much he will eventually tell us all about tom
@@84dubsteps 100%
Tom’s on 2 bears 1 cave? 😂
That’s bc Bert isn’t sucking up all the air either convincing himself he isn’t a bloated alcoholic or disrespecting his wife
I wanna listen to TOM TALKS ABOUT CARS MORE. I wish he brought up his cars alot more and his love for them! + hes a porshe guy so i love him
If you haven’t listened to it check out his TST episode with Matt Farah.
He has a 997 gt3rs, 992 GT3 touring, 718 gt4, 981 GT4 (not clear if RS), Panamera turbo, cayenne turbo. Many of which are heavily modded and tuned. He also had a DINAN BMW M2 competition and a renn tech e63s in the past but it sounds like he might have went all Porsche moving forward. Also, also, Mmm a few restoMods being built…a 80s Ford bronco and something I can’t recall.
@@Michael-jr5ie needed this comment! Thanks!
@@SectorS7VEN he has been on The Smoking Tire! Somewhat recently too. It was a good episode for sure.
He's just a guy that became rich in his late 30's and just started liking drivers cars. He's opinions are not all that interesting...
Good for Tom for having the balls to seek out knowledge he wanted at such an older age.
He is really old...

“I ordered my 3rd one yesterday” 🤣 I love Tom Segura forever

first manual car i ever drove was 24 years ago. it was my dads candy apple red 1967 Chevelle SS, i was 14 years old grinning ear to ear listening to that big block 454 that he and i built. miss ya pops , rip ❤️
RIP to your dad
Bad ass whip dude
Dude!!!! I learned to drive on my dad's '67 rs/ss - also in red!!! was the 350 though. 454 must have been awesome man. hope it's still around.
Hell of a lot cooler then the 5 speed fusion I almost put through a fence cus we couldn’t find reverse when I “learned”😂. Obv there was a few more learning trips driving buddies cars and whatnot after that experience
I appreciate my father teaching me to drive a manual 5.0 mustang when I was eight years old. He also taught me how to proficiently shoot a pistol at nine. He is an excellent father.
Now days I drive rally cars, shoot competitively and can solve most problems in front of me.
Love you Dad.
More like "Tom gets interrupted everytime he tries to talk about his luxury car collection"
100% a car guy/girl if you get behind the wheel and it puts a smile on your face . For those who can't drive , if your watching or passenger . Same thing . I remember as a kid the sound of engines , seeing cars or bikes fly past always got me going . I had a model f40 as a kid . I think looking back that's where my obsession started. You don't even need to drive to be a car enthusiast
An F40?!?!
@@northwestfugitive3403 was a model Ferrari f40 , definitely where my obsession with cars started
DUDE! That first point you made is 100 percent true. I’ve complimented cars before and people respond like that and it BOGGLES MY MIND!
That "leaning back and forth" sentiment is so damn true...
This is the real Tom. I love YMH and the persona and skits/shtik but it’s so cool to see people how they would be if you were just chillin somewhere.
*Solid clip! Tom’s a great guest!*
This was an outstanding podcast, I subscribed 💯
Loved this one
I mean it’s Tom it’s hard to go wrong but still haha
He's so fucking right about test driving. I wanted a Challenger with a V8 or a Charger with a V8 until I test drove them. Then went to test the Camaro and hated the visibility. Landed on a Mustang GT. I love them all for different reasons (and I certainly don't care why you think whatever you like best is better)- but the Mustang GT is just what fit me best. If I didn't do the test driving, I would have got a Charger, and I'm really glad I didn't.
I just came across this channel , man its cool .. wishing you guys all the best all the way from Dubai :D
"It feels like your in a race car" with Tom's birthday having rolled around now, this is a hilarious comment.
Got a 2020 Civic Si at 24 years old. May not be the quickest but damn I love my manual transmission I’ll never give it up.
You will once you get older lol
@@PrimitiveMLG it’s my 3rd manual car since 16 and i dont see myself driving automatic anytime soon. Im sure when im 40 ill change my mind 😂
@@PrimitiveMLG 100% majority of my driving is stop and go traffic, so my day to day driving is done with my Silverado, but if I want to bang thru gears, heel toe, and have fun I’ll do it in the canyon with my Integra or STI
Tims so good at plug transitions
I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation.
Tom had Dani Ricc on his pod. That’s all you need to know about how much he loves cars and driving. So fun to listen
“Just get a Porsche dude!” Period! haha
That’s wild a GT4 with bored out 4.5 Flat 6 is crazy
A Cayman GT4 bored out for more power and with shorter gears has to be one of the most fun streetcars every sold. The gearing was the biggest problem with those, shifting more often makes those things so much better.
Got my first manual last June. 2018 GTI S😎
I like Tom more now than before this podcast. Cars bruh ❤️.
I've been driving manual on my own since I was 12 haha. Small town with few cops so I had plenty of time to learn. Fastest thing I've ever driven was a subaru sti revved up to 700hp, 6 puck forged clutch....it's not the same as hopping in a corolla that's for sure 🤣
I've done dream racing in Vegas. It's worth every penny.
Sounds fun af!
I've always driven auto but my recent purchase has the shifters so I still get that "cool" feeling when driving faster. Although in saying that I only think I'd wanna drive stick shift if I was going to splurge on something that wouldn't have an auto option
I learned manual transmission at 11 yep dad was a car guy. I was sneaking cars out at 13 mom wasn't happy with Dad. Miss you Pop!
Would love to actually see all toms cars and his setup. It’s cool hearing his perspective and experiences as a sorta non mechanical car guy ig. Never understood the snobby car guys who hate that ppl don’t wrench on, or aren’t total car nerds like some of us.
What’s not to love about Tom Segura? 🙂 Any true fan of comedy will know how hard CP & TS have worked to get where they are. They lived the “struggle is real” bus like so many of us- so you can’t help but love seeing them live their best lives!!
CP is a hack riding her husband's success.

@@axiom.ai.obviousbattletank7139 I don’t like her comedy, but to completely de-value her work she’s put in to get them to where she’s at. The YMH podcast wouldn’t be a thing without her.
That’s how they do it down at Falcon Carwash
Tom is a spoiled upper middle class kid just like Bert. "Struggle is real" GTFO you dork.
In my country, 90% of the cars are manual, actually you can't take your driving license test on an automatic car.
Started salivating when he said he has a tuned, stroker GT4. I need money fr
It feels like barstool is WAAAAAY trying too hard to get Tom’s approval 😂😂😂
Kids interviewing The Godfather. They ‘want’ to be on his level, the thirst is real with these two.
I like how being nice and complimenting someone is seen as a negative. You guys need a fuckin hug.
Speaking of NYC you should see any one of my penthouse suites on B.'s Row. =)
He said "it's rad". Let's bring that word back.
Where do you live where rad ever went away?
@@sam_s_ Everywhere, man...
@@rickdundee4023 I live in San Diego and rad never went away, but it has been used with extreme regularity over the last 5 years. Maybe San Diego is just a rad place.
@@sam_s_ Lol. Maybe
Its crazy you guys dont have manual cars as a normal thing, from the UK i no people that are nervous driving an auto 🤣🤣🤣
When I hear them say “I don’t want to be working at it when driving from A to B” when it is the norm over here! Would never think it’s a chore here. In fact, I’m trying not to buy an auto next and it’s hard!
I didn’t know how to drive a manual until I was 48 years old; I learned at the dealership parking right after I purchased a brand new manual Jetta GLI - and had to drive it home. watched a few UA-cam videos and hit the road . Needless to say, it wasn’t a flawless experience, but I eventually got the hang of it. 😊😊😊😊
The way Tom says Porsche is the correct way it's said in German, Porsche-aah
KFC is a pro, love his content
Thanks for watchin!
My father taught me as a kid to learn to drive everything you can. I now have my regular drivers license, learned stick, have my M license, my CDL, I’m forklift certified, I have my boating license in my state, and I have a western rivers license to pilot a tug boat on the upper Mississippi (I used to work on a tugboat, not anymore but my license is still up to date)
I don’t even use any of those licenses but my regular drivers. I don’t have a motorcycle and the machinery I work with don’t require any licensing
gotta get that pilots license next then u will be complete
First AUTOMATIC vehicle I ever owned, was a Suzuki Burgman 400 scooter.......at the ripe old age of 48.
I didn't know Ralph Malph had a pod cast. Cool.
Man I fucking love my Acura TL
Theres a place in Toronto where you can bring your own car and drive on your own. Worth it.
Tom is a Baller.
1:29 those gloves they’re sending for repairs in every Ferrari and Lamborghini have never been used in history.
ill never forget how disappointed i was that as a tour guide at a car storage facility, i didnt get to show Tom aound when he stopped by earlier this year
Which facility?
It's $650 for a half day track experience with a good modern gt p-car in Vegas. Super fun and worth it

Go to Homestead Speedway south of Miami. That’s the best east coast place to play with the super cars.
Rules when I was getting my license. I had to be able to do basic maintenance. I had to pass my drivers test in a manual. It was important to my parents that not only was I a good capable driver if something was to happen I could narrow down symptoms and potentially fix it or know what needed to be done.
It's so nice not having Brent Kremsler not interrupting.
Brad Kreimler? Lmao
Please tell me tom has all his cars programmed to play the "cool guy" guitar riff every time he opens the door
Now if you want that fun, but at low speeds, while towing 20,000lbs. Get a turbo diesel! So much fun while going slow, with that big turbo noise. Without that constant fear of tickets :)
our clubs in Queensland were open until 5am & we would have the bouncer yell out an address for "kick on's" & keep going.
thats the only REAL WAY to do a "Bender" it has to be 3 days STRAIGHT! lol
It's called a STANDARD transmission, um hello, duh, ehp ehp ehp ehp ehp
This would’ve been amazing if they would allow Tom to speak
Amazed we will never hear the story of Tom stalling out a crappy old car as a teenager and pissing off traffic
The anxiety that situation brings is gargantuan haha
As someone who’s been into cars and Motorsports my whole life (now turning into a career) i generally enjoy “shitty” cars from late 80s early 90s. When you put so much effort into making something your own, you grow an attachment to it, cars to me are a passion, not an appliance. Driving a car to me is feeling the power at the correct rpms and feeling the whole chassis react to the road, shit like that. That’s the way I try to explain why I’m so obsessed over this shit, don’t feel bad abt not knowing everything lol cause for me at least it’s a lot of effort and it’s all I’ve thought about for the past decade
Why tf did I just write an essay that noone gonna read at 10:30am
completely with you bro. Same cars I enjoy too.
In Europe practically all cars have manual gearbox... I think I've seen 3 automatic ones in 40yrs of my life
Its about haveing knowledge about what your doing. The more you have the better your off.
Tom should get Doug on the pod. That would be an interesting one.
Miata’s are awesome to drive a stick with. So much fun and you won’t lose your license on the roads
I change my own oil and work on my own car just because I don't trust mechanics lol it just also happens to be cheaper
American's talk about stick shifts like the humans in WALL-E talk about walking.
What? Why I never knew he was a car guy who orders cars like I order Uber eats
For some reason when I get drunk at bars I will compliment random strangers for random things. Like if I’m walking towards the door to go smoke a cigarette I’ll pass like 3 people and without even looking at what they look like or what they’re wearing I’ll just look at them and go, “hey man, that’s a nice shirt” or “cool shoes dude” and just keep walking.
I too am into #luxorycars
Damn I like him more now!!!
NYC at its best. 3 dudes who couldn’t be any different. Awesome!
So diverse…. Lmao phage
Civic to GT3... Jesus 🤣🤣
If you pronounce Porsche right, you're a car guy.
Porshy
Every time

Definitely learn Manual when you're young because people are way nicer when you stall in an intersection lol. So glad I learned because nothing beats driving a car manual.
Spot on with his bit about insecurity in the beginning. No hate if you dont know how to fix a car. Plenty of bench racing mechanics when i was in auto school its just about sincerity more than knowledge. Any car people can get along if the passion is real
Everything you need to know about workin on cars is on youtube or forums. If your poor like me its kinda easy
Still drive a manual. Bitches love it
I am from germany and own a shitty vw lupo. I love to drive manual.. its so much fun. I got do do shit when driving... give me tesla auto pilot or shifting but between seems borderline dangerous
Bro, knowing is a good thing. Kinda the point of enjoying your vehicle
Nurburgring in a kfc thumbnail. Love it.
Thanks for watchin, apologies for having zero actual knowledge about cars
At 15 I just got in the car and drove until I could shift right.
you can be a car guy without wrenching
Wow. How different cultures we have. Here in Sweden you almost always drive manual cars. Automatic drivers license is basically for people with disabilities. Nothing wrong with that I'm just saying you wont get a drivers license with automatic over here.
2:52 careful what you say about nissans, depending on what he had you could make a lot of people mad
Toms sales man knows what’s up he totally sold him on hyper cars 😂
I just want a lifted Toyota to get away from people and go to the mountains
i could feel the welakshually rising up in the comments while watching
Porsche dealers do Porsche experience at the track as a marketing to drive all their cars for previous customers. I drove NJMP a macan, cayenne, panamera, 911, and Taycan all for free
Pretty sure Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr don’t change their own oil
There is no way these other 2guys are for real.
Tom....go get some race coaching.. 1. It's so fucking fun
2. It improves your driving not just on track, but on the road too. It improves your overall way you approach driving. Plus it's wicked fun. I've been at least 10 times to coaching sessions and every time I improve. Absolutely a ball.
And that if you can't work on your car you are not a car guy. I work on my cars and don't judge people who just enjoy them. We all have the passion, some more then others and in different ways. I enjoy the engineering side of thingsz working out problems with my cars and fixing them etc. It's fun to me. Don't feel like you have to enjoy that side of it too.
I still take my daily drive to a mechanic and when my skills are not enough for some mods or tuning etc.
If you have the passion for speed and cars you are a car guy in my opinion. There is just different levels to "car guy". Guys who wrench on their own shit will always have a knowledge that those who just get in to just drive will never understand, but I've met some car guys who knew nothing about what's under the hood but could drive the fucking wheels off anything. Many f1 drivers don't know anything about their cars bar a few drivers who make it a point to get involved in that's side of things. Even then it's basic stuff like brake bias and power delivery tweeks. Not the major wrenching etc.
I hate the car community sometimes. Some dudes just like nice car and going fast, some like getting their hands dirty and making their cars fast. Same passion different paths.
Can we get these fuckin' guys to 100k subs please?
What about a GT500
Yeah being a man went out the window yrs ago! I learned to drive on a 3 on the tree chevy truck when I was 11!
its only Porsche "A' in america
Sold.
can these guys let tom finish a sentence, jfc
You can be a car guy and not know how to fix cars. I said I was a car guy, not a mechanic. Also buddy is wrong about 30k audi's. If you find a nice Audi S3 used they are fucking rocket ships. A simple tune to the ECU will give you upwards of 300+ HP without even upgrading any hardware components. That's crazy fast is a small light sedan. Not to mention Porsche is owned by Volkswagen who also owned Audi. They share a lot of the same engines and components.
I bought a VW GTI a few months back. I went for a test drive with the sales guy and we got to an open road and he was like give it beans. Pedal all the way down. It was so awesome. Never heard any sales person say anything like that.
I complimented a dude's BMW M4 this morning (from my Mercedes) and he looked embarrassed. Still feeling confused. 🙃
This host is tyler childers brother
I think the gatekeeping of being a car guy is so stupid. Im a mechanic and know a lot about cars but in my opinion if you enjoy driving cars you are a car guy too. Most of the people who try to shit on people for not doing their own maintenance probably can't change their oil themselves either
