Saints Row 2 built on and improved the city, but I’ll just never totally get why graphically the game looked like a big downgrade somehow.

Yeah I agree. The models in SR2 look like they're made of papers compared to SR1

They did that to sacrifice the graphics so we’d have a lot of stuff to do in sr2 and so it would have a lot of content and I think cause gta 4 did that sr2. Copied that
