Oh man I also use butcher box.. love it. I like the seafood, being a Louisiana man living in Colorado now. It's always super fresh, which is difficult to get up here. I also spent 15 years in south TX, so the barbacoa is also great. The tri-tip is amazing, too. I do a lot of salmon steak and burger grilling, shrimp, and, of course, beef. I'm not much of a pork or chicken fan. I can get that locally cheap. I also use good chop because they have more seafood options.
