    Did my baby back ribs exactly as you’ve shown 275F , now my ribs were from some starvin pigs not as much meat cap as some I’ve seen in videos.
    So it ended up being a 1.5hr.- 1/2 hr wrapped - 10 mins to set. Going by temps.
    Perfect outcome. Nice bite, come off the rib. Thank you! Looking for my rubs I’ve ordered in the mail. Thanks brother!

      That is awesome!!! Yeah, makes sense a smaller rack may adjust times just like you said. I’m sure they were bomb!!!
      Rubs are absolutely on the way! Really appreciate the order and support. Can’t wait to hear how you like them.

    Great video. I learned some things for sure as I'm trying to migrate to the new style of hotter, faster smoking BBQ. The products as well. I went and bought some of that foil. I've heard of it, but they never told you the name of it, so thanks for listing it in your products list! That cutting board is the S*&T! Awesome!

      Thx!!! There are times when it calls for hot and fast, believe me I know with 4 kids to cook for 🤣
      I actually really do like and use that foil, so glad I could help!
      And yes, I love my board! Amazing quality. I think it is in another comment, but it is from RoseWood Block Co. Def check em out!!!
      I appreciate the watch & comment!! Keep rollin smoke 💨

    Going in again on some baby backs , this time I got some fat hogs so doing exactly this method. I’m using your Coffee rub and your honey chipotle rub.
    I already know they’re gonna be great.

      I actually haven’t done that flavor combo, but I may just have to soon! Great call.

    New sub here! That intro is dope as hell, bro! I want to start making some bbq videos just for fun. Who helped you out with making that cool intro!?! Also, that’s a bad ass Traeger! Smoke on, brother!

      I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that feedback! My old intro was about 2x as long, so I re-did it on the last few videos. I do everything on my own, all the cooking, shooting, editing, everything! DM me on Instagram or TikTok @smoked_q if you want some help.

    Why didn't you put the ribs on the foil meat side down?

    • @smokedq
      @smokedq  Місяць тому

      Great question. Other rib recipes that I have I put them meat side down with honey, brown sugar, things like that. However, this one I’m more or less steaming them due to the shorten time so I go meat side up so that the water stays underneath the ribs and maintains as much bark as I can.
