Confectioners Erythritol: amzn.to/2M4PuZp
Super Fine Almond Flour: amzn.to/2KaZQ49
Peanut Butter: amzn.to/2mX8Ost
Lily's Chocolate Chips: amzn.to/2mTy0jv
Coconut Oil: amzn.to/2GDb5SE

Food Scale: amzn.to/2stDBTb
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE BAR INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 Cup (150g) Super Fine Almond Flour
1/3 Tbsps (48g) Confectioners Erythritol
2 1/2 Tbsps (30g) Coconut oil - melted -
1/2 Cup (160g) Natural Peanut Butter
Chocolate Topping Ingredients:
3 1/2 Tbsps (50g) Lily's Chocolate Chips
1 Heaping Tsp (10g) Coconut Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all of the ingredients (except for the chocolate topping ingredients) to a large bowl.
Mix until a thick batter forms.
*NOTE: I used a runny-ish peanut butter, my peanut butter was fresh. If you use peanut butter that has "hardened" in the fridge, you may need a bit more coconut oil.
Once the consistency matches mine in the video, add the peanut butter to an 8x8 dish, and smooth it out equally with the bottom of a spoon.
Now add the chocolate topping ingredients to a small dish. Microwave the dish for 30 seconds at a time - stirring after each interval - until the chocolate and coconut oil has combined into a syrupy consistency.
Add all of the chocolate topping to the top of the peanut butter, and spread it out evenly with the bottom of a spoon.
Refrigerate overnight (or atleast 3 hours)
Breakfast Bar Macros (Per Bar Recipe Makes 9):
275 Calories
7g Protien
9g Carbs
(4.5g fiber)
4.5 NET CARBS
23g Fat
*NOTE: Macros don't account for the erythritol sweetener, it has ZERO CALORIES.

Sorry for the delay! Alyssa and I were in Montreal celebrating our 2nd Anniversary....and there are some big life changes coming up that we've been preparing for...not a baby. Hope you guys are having a great day!
Congrats to you both, ☘
Hi, Joe! Thank you for everything you do - your recipes are so simple they are my go to 99% of the time and YES, I'm a subscriber!!! I made these, but a little different. I used 3/4 cup of super fine almond flour and 3/4 cup carb free protein powder. I wanted a bit more protein to the breakfast bar. I used super chunk peanut butter instead of creamy and increased the Swerve a bit, maybe one or two teaspoons. The flavor is OUTSTANDING!
This is the best recipe on UA-cam I've made so far! Thank you Joe!
Chocolate for breakfast is a dream come true.
Just started watching your videos. Love your quick and easy recipes for Fat Bombs and Breakfast Peanut Bars. 5 weeks into Keto and still got a lot to learn. Thanks.

Your mug cakes are our go-to desserts! They are seriously savage tasting! ☘
I have such a foodie crush on you. Keto has done wonders for my type 2 and no having sweets was messing me rethink this keto thing but now finding this channel has saved me. You have no idea sir.
Dude You just made this. I can’t wait to try it in the morning! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
One of the best recipes I've tried and turned out great! I added chia seeds and banana in for extra fibre and crunch. But yes banana threw it out of keto lol!
Just made this - gorgeous and sooooo easy!!!
I am a sucker for your dessert recipes
Great vid. Can replace some of the almond flour with protein powder to reduce carbs even more. Might need to add more sweetener to compensate.
Looks yummy!
Yum!!! 😊😋 I can't wait to try it. Nom nom nom.
Thank You so much for sharing
I will try these
Hope you like them Denise.
*Delicious* 🤤
I made these and they are awesome. They remind me of Reeces Peanut Butter cups. I added unsweetened coconut for extra texture. These must be kept in the fridge though or they will get too soft. But yeah...I love these!
THIS IS THE BOMB ! I use Smucker's Natural too !!!
Been looking for a good one

New subscriber, here!

making these !!!
OMG! Your shirt, I just visited the Buffalo area and ate at the Duffs chicken place..
Can you use granular sugar or does it have to be powdered?
@JoeDuff, think we could add some broken up walnut pieces on top of our chocolate topping?
Oh ya this is next made your peanut butter fudge and peanut butter cookies yummy!!!😎😉😁great job!!
I have only granuler erythritol (365 brand) and have learned about the cooling effect it has. Does the swerve brand not have this? If so, is there an alternative I can use. Thank you.
Can you use coconut flour instead? I fine almond stops my weight loss
Inn starting a keto diet and I'm excited to follow you and try your recipes! I've always been a fan of. Low carbs. They make me fat and I just had a baby so having carbs for pregnancy wasn't Berri friendly for my hips. Lol back on track and thank you for the fun recipes!
Don't forget your electrolytes, potassium (good sources are avocado or cream of tartar), or you might get keto flu, which is basically flu like symptoms, and a bas***** of a migraine. Good luck. I'm on day 4, but I've done keto before for about a year
@@JohnM... Thanks for reminding me. I did keto years ago but it was a little different than what I'm doing now.
Can i instead use coconut flour? And how much ! Thx
can u add protine powder to this
What if butter instead of coconut oil?
I will try to morrow
So one smal bar is 270kcal or the whole pan?
Joe I bought your keto cook book on gum road and it will not let me open it I think I accidentally deleted it what do I do to get it back do I have to buy it again
Is the macros per bar or per trade?
I love how you say Eurythirol instead of Erythritol, makes it sound like it comes from Europe lol
❤️
Thanks 💐💐😍😍
You’re welcome
I am skeptical about the sugar substitute, doesn’t sound natural but I will look into it. I think the Keto community sometimes overlooks certain things for the sake of eliminating carbs.
3 weeks new to Keto. Highly recommend Swerve powdered. Amazing taste and no weird taste like so many sweetners.
1/3 C Erythritol*

Can you replace the coconut oil for the sauce with almond milk?!
You could've done this with peanut butter powder instead for less calories.
i tried and im so sad i just wasted so much peanute butter and flour cuz it turned out bad idk what i did wrong :((
.
why are peopel saying eythritol is sugar free when its a sugar alcohol and turns into glucose?
dlcious
Why do you call these breakfast bars?
Light Miracle Whip in the fridge?...that's a keto no no
Swerve is Not carb free. It's 3 carbs per 1tsp. There are 3 tsp in a tablespoon. For 1/3 cup of it, or about 5 tablespoons, that is FORTY-FIVE carbs!
No, it is. You'll notice it doesn't have any calories. Companies have to list sugar alcohols as carbs, even though some don't actually have carbs. FDA rules are to blame for this....if something doesn't have a calorie it doesn't have a carb.
@@TheDietChef sorry to butt in here LOL, but the macros are off. I think part of the reason is the carbs for the peanut butter. It's actually not 2 carbs per serving, a serving is 2 tablespoons which is 4 net carbs. Anyways, I come up with 55.5 net carbs for the batch, so basically approximately 6 net carbs per bar. I came up with 2300 calories for the whole batch so that would be about 255 calories per bar. Do you put your ingredients into an app to come up with the macros?
No sweetener is added to the chocolate topping? Yuk! 😝😝
The chocolate chips are already sweet...
It’s actually er-rith-ra-tall not er-ith-er-all. There’s a “T” in it. Sorry to be the one to leave an asshole comment but it was driving me a little bonkers. Yummy looking recipe though. ❤️
I’m like that too. Can’t stand it when people mispronounce words. Like saying nukular instead of nuclear. Just say new-clear. How easy can it be?
