So glad you put this video out. Every mechanic wants to replace my abs control. I'm telling them they need to do this exact thing. Drive the car and get live data to find out which wheel is having issues. They default to codes and because the code is abs module that's the problem. 4 mechanics. I'm not a mechanic. But I'm sure this problem isn't the abs control module.
Replace the wheel bearing. ✅️ Ty sir! 😊 Im having the exact same issue. I replaced the speed sensors and checked all my abs, traction control fuses. Onto the wheel bearing! 😂
We just got one for 100k miles flat we had replaced two sensors camshaft a and b replace but same codes up and we started to notice the traction control randomly turns on and has a jerk feel then it cuts off after turning off the car or doing the trick
If your hearing a cracking sound from underneath when this is happening, it’s the ECC (electronic control coupler) trying to lock up because the AWD control module is receiving a false/no signal from the wheel speed sensor on some wheel. As the original video poster has shown, replace the wheel speed sensor and/or wheel bearing on the wheel ABS is not getting a signal from, and this will all go away.
Dang your good n seems u definitely know cars...Wish u could fix my car 😢 it has the ABS & another symbol that I describe as a backwards parentheses with a bolt in the middle
I have the same issue as the vehicle in the video. I replaced speed sensor and wheel bearing on left front wheel. Still getting C0031-1D code. It says wheel speed is 0 mph on live data on left front wheel.
@@BurninGas8.1 is it possible I over torqued the axle nut when I installed the bearing? Should I start testing wires starting with the other end of the plug to the speed sensor?
My 2014 2.4 has the traction control light on and loses power and won’t go over 3k rpm and about 58 mph then jerks like it’s not getting fuel. I replaced camshaft sensors but that didn’t help.
Is there a video on what you said my wife's same thing my wife's car doing it this car has had so many problems what's crazy is we are stuck with this car because we aren't selling it to no one
Mi auto tiene lo mismo .pero para mi es el sistema de vacio.mi auto me da unis codigos. Y tienen que ver con el sistema de leak y esas carretas de axigeno y cosas..pero son cosas de oxigeno...
These damn Dodge Journeys suck! The wheel bearing is a pain in the butt to fix and good luck trying to fix the problem with the sensor! You have to ordered it & then fix it which is not easy!

Any videos on to replace bearings?
It’s very similar to the Honda civic I done a video of

Then something is wrong broken wire in harness maybe or bearing in backwards

Was his abs an traction control lights coming on randomly and causing it not to wanna take fuel an locking up?
Yes
How did you fix it?
Replaced the bearing.
My dodge is giving CEL Traction control and ABS lights. Any idea?
wheel bearing
It look so. My car is jumpy as well on acceleration. I’ll take it to mechanic to narrow down the problem
@@BurninGas8.1 or speed sensor??
@@kashifmehmood-ca thats because traction control is not in working order either a bearing or sensor most times its a front bearing
Most likely your can't read the front wheel bearing sensor on the right or left side probably right
Which scanner did you use? I would like to buy the one you have.
Launch brand

Yes
i am in pei do you want to sell your scaner?? if i wanted to buy one how much and what one??same problum
should be able to find them on eBay
How about if the sensor reads 0?
then good chance wire broken going to it
@@BurninGas8.1 thank you that’s what I suspected because I did the whole bearing hub and still reading 0
Where are you located?
What does it mean if the wheel speed is accurate on the test
Then everything should be ok
The abs light still comes on
@@christiansolis1084 if all four wheels stay steady sounds like you may have a issue with abs module
I'm having the same issue. Curious as to what you charged the customer
150 bucks and i supplied the bearing
What about Engine Check light?
The battery went dead
I’m in halifax , Nova Scotia. Pls contact
What’s up
Then why do you have a check engine light still on?
Thats unrelated battery went dead
Should you be doing that while your driving?
How did you get your mileage from 141,000 to 89,000? Hahaha wtf
It switched from km to miles
Don't forget the engine lights on now 😅 but it will reset after 2hrs or 2 days depends sometimes dodges store codes for a while
It was 141000 kilometres which means 89000 miles 😊
I am having the same error

Do anyone see he about to run out of ⛽️ 😮
No one is going to ask how we went from no check engine light to having a check engine light on lol?
It was just from low battery from sitting I left dome light on it went away within minutes after video
Best way to fix it is to buy something other than a Dodge.
Better than a Ford so avoid replacing with that
Every newer vehicle has problems trust me
