I approach these ships for the sole purpose of taking these. This is how I will sell 250 of them.
but the horn of unfair winds is so fun though. i will always use it on other pirates

If these have a 95% chance to spawn in reaper chest shipwrecks I must be the most unlucky pirate on the seas

iv seached every one iv seen and only found 1 horn kinda feels more like a 5% then 95%
I've gone through about 20 of these reaper chest shipwrecks in a row, both red and gold, and only found it once... and then twice in treasuries out of about 10 tries with those...
These things are RNG as hell~
If you find a shrine with a horn, that shrine will always activate with a horn in that server. So u can go down and store rhe horn, then return to ship, wait for 15 minutes, and repeat. Sounds like a slow process but it's honestly the fastest way to farm them atm.
Flooded embrace is the best btw.

It's been removed. There was an exploit that allowed unlimited replication.
Don't forget, when it runs out, put it in a chest, burry it and dig it out and it will be brand new

I literally just found it after an ashen lord quest and thought it was common
I have gone throught more than 10 reapers shipwrecks and haven't found one.
Treasuries! Do treasuries. You also have a chance of getting a ancient gold hoarder chest. Ive gotten a horn and chest the last 3 treasuries I've done
How much do they worth monie
Still haven't found one I am very unlucky
I've only found 1 out of 10 reaper shipwrecks
So this means the rare doesn't want you to share the other method
Myth: If you move your camera while casting the fishing rod it cast farther

Welp... Since the June update i think this is outdated.
Thinking of a fastest way to get horns.. probably find a server with horn in the easiest shrine, park the ship 2 squares away, jump to shine, get the horn in the mermaid, die and spend on the ferry 15 mins. After that spawn in shrine and repeat. Plus should be doubled when you do the same with the second shrine.
And even then its 1 horn per 8 mins with 2 people, if we count 1 min each as getting the horn.. Making the commendation with horns worth 33+ hours of just that
