actually the ashen variations can be found after skeleton fleets for the main 4 and the ashen king's chest can be found in shipwrecks outside the Devil's Roar
Great video idk if someone already said that but you can sometimes find the kings chest with missions from skelleton bosses, i got then twice and i always found 4 of those chests per kaptains mail or mission or idk what they are called
Two corrections: Ancient Tribute chests can be found in THREE of the six shrines and all three treasuries, not just the ones in the ancient isles. Ashen King's chests can be found in ANY shipwreck, not just the ones in the Roar. I found most of mine outside of the Roar, as a matter of fact. ☝️🤓
5:59 Actually, you can find *Chest of Ancient Tribute* in the *Shrine of the Ocean's Fortune* (Shores of Plenty) as well. As far as I know, Ocean's Fortune, Tribute and Ancient Tears are the only Shrines that constantly spawn a *Chest of Ancient Tribute* . I have yet to find one in the other 3 Shrines, despite people saying they have.
You should do every crate too! And a good basic explanantion to our new playstation players about certain bought crates. And also tidbits like "a full and 1 count crate of bait and such sells the same
In my last session, I found a message in a bottle map with 6 treasures. It was the smallest island in the game with the treasures really easy to find, I did find them all on the first try. *They were all king's chests!!* I couldn't believe my eyes.
I found my first box of wonderous secrets about 2 weeks ago. Funnily enough, I was unable to pick it up but I could harpoon it. Would've been quite sad if I couldn't get it out of the sand. But that is the second one I've seen, as someone I was allianced with a few years ago found one. They also eventually found the shrouded. Swear they were too lucky....

I want them to add the "chest of endless rage" which explodes and then immediately restarts the rage start up before it explodes and can't be quelled by water. And also, the "chest of endless grog" which just by being on the ship makes everyone drunk :)
