How to Sew Fabric Covered Elastic Cuffs

In this video I show how to make fabric covered elastic cuffs. This video is from series "How to Sew a Knitted Sleeve Band". This video will help you to sew cuffs to the sleeves using the fabric and elastic tape.
This sewing technique "How to create an elasticated cuff" will be usefull for sewing an elastic waistband for jersey skirt or knit pant also.
Watch the video tutorial and you will learn how to make simple elastic cuff around the endes of the sleeves clothes that are sewn from knit fabrics.

How do you get that twisty string when you sew?

I think it is an overlocking stitch. It stops the fabric from fraying.
