I feel like you’d do amazing at a gym weights guide for the girls. What to do, weight, and what it works. Could even do guests and show their workouts. Feel like gyms are becoming so much more intimidating, especially having to go to the weight section that full of gym bros. I could be like of confident following something you’ve shown
I’ve never experienced any trouble with gym bros though in all of my 7 years of power lifting. Most of them are very sweet and i see a lot of them at the climbing gym with me too. They’re great spotters too
i have never feel so positive watching a 75 hard. I really like your schedulle planning throughout the week. Kudos to the editing too! so neat and creative!

I work from home and it’s somewhat my own business; as in no one is on top of me to get work done but if I don’t I obviously have no money. I struggle so hard to keep my house tidy and focus on work throughout the day (ADHD) both things overwhelm me at times so I try to do some cleaning but find that I do it all day to avoid working ugh. So anyways, this helped a lot. Thanks!! Also, if anyone has advice… feel free to comment hahahaa 😄
Things I like to do are using the Pomodoro method I use the focus 2-do app :)
