    I Tried the Animal Based Diet for a week and I had incredible results! In just one week I had improved energy, mood, less hunger, less bloating... and MY PERIOD CAME BACK for the first time in OVER a YEAR! I will be continuing this diet to see if this is all related or if its all a coincidence, so future updates are to come!

    I completely changed my diet six months ago based on nationally recommended guidelines, but it only made my health worse. It wasn’t until I read 'The 23 Former Doctor Truths' that I realized doing the opposite of what the government advises can actually make a difference. No wonder the doctor who wrote it left their career-speaking the truth often challenges the system!

      Seriously. I cringe so hard when people are like oh I don’t get a period. Or want certain birth control so they don’t get one. I’m like you realize that’s not normal right.

    • @josilynrenae7487

      The alternative is me being nonfunctional and miserable for half of the month, every month. I understand where y’all are coming from and you both did not say anything rude here- however I’ve seen lots of discourse shaming women for choosing not to have a period and claiming that they are healthier, more of a woman than others, etc. which is not true at all and very hurtful.

    • @chassisluther3325
      @chassisluther3325 4 місяці тому

      @@josilynrenae7487 I didn’t mean any harm in my comment whatsoever. It just blows my mind that doctors first option seems to be throwing women on bc without even offering any other kind of alternatives. I was on it for 10 years and I was fine until they stopped covering it and then my doctors bounced me onto so many different ones and I was insanely sick. I made the choice to go off of it. It’s been 10 years since I made that choice and I’ve found doctors that actually took the time to help find out what was going on and what I could do to fix it. I’m not saying everyone is like me but if I would’ve known 20 years ago that my diet was a huge factor in my period issues, I would’ve never taken birth control in the first place.

    • @holleighmarshall
      @holleighmarshall 4 місяці тому +7

      @@josilynrenae7487 I'm sorry that it is that way for you, I just encourage women to do their research and/or read books like the period repair manual amongst others. Unfortunately birth control is pushed on women so heavily from a very young age instead of educating these women. There is nothing wrong with it, It just would be beneficial to all women to do some research.

    I did the carnivore diet for about 4 months and it was the healthiest I have felt in my entire life. It's hard to maintain being married to someone that loves carbs so now when I meal prep for work, it's strictly carnivore to at least give me some form of the diet I want.

    I see what you did with the bananas, you should try plantain, you can eat it when it's green and add salt to it (like a patacón or tostón) or you can try it when it's ripe and sweet and just fry it, it's the best (I like adding honey and cinnamon when I eat it sweet)

    This how I been eating for a while and it’s amazing for body & mind. Glad that more and more young people are waking up to this. Especially for women doing it and not being afraid of eating steaks. When they try it for a while they usually see the results pretty damn quickly(within a year is pretty fast).
    My own and only criticism of this whole vid is the turkey bacon 😭 imo it’s a waste of a perfectly good animal. Pork bacon from a typical store is sus to me, so I don’t eat 99% of pork out there; really important to get the highest quality pork possible. I get from farmers market only
    Mad props for eating eggs with your hands 🙌🏽

      If you have a high level of bad cholesterol indicator you need to watch out for seed oils, sugar and process food. A high animal fat and cholesterol is actually anti-inflammatory, therefore cure the cardio vascular system, which results in lower amount of bad cholesterol (quick explanation of course...)
