Ooh... funny fact about cyberpunk; the most common settings are visually based on Hong Kong and Tokyo - both very hilly places. London and LA are also common settings, although they're far more flat. Point being; even if you flatten the area, it's still good to keep a mountain in the background. Hong Kong used to be far more hilly, but as they flattened it out they dumped the material into the harbour to make reclaimed land. When I used to live in HK they had just finished most of these projects, and they used to joke that Hong Kong "pushed their mountains into the sea so they could build on both". Anyway point being; if the theme is Cyberpunk, don't feel too pressured to keep it flat.
Also also... the old Mtv animated series _Æon Flux_ was also a Cyberpunk city on a hill _and_ the city was surrounded by high walls. Obviously not everything needs to be inspired by something, but Cyberpunk dystopias are upkept with major policing networks and security projects. _Blade Runner_ and _Ghost in the Shell_ were focused on police, and _Akira_ and _Johnny Mnemonic_ were focused on criminals. Crime and law enforcement are weirdly central to Cyberpunk stories.

Farms will definitely help you a lot with producing bamboo products, especially if you can set up auto crafters to automatically create all of the unique products.
13:10 It doesn't, it just feels like much because you are using it often in a shot amount of time. Another thing you can add to the scaffolding test would be to have them go back up. A lot of times you need to go up and down multiple times when building. With dirt you have to pillar back up to get to the same spot when with scaffolding you can leave it and travel on it.
