- This WISKEY & PEACH BBQ SAUCE is and epic barbecue sauce recipe. This sauce is great to go on burger or with ribs. Give it a try let me know what you think of it and leave me a comment.

Ingredients:
Butter - 100gr
Garlic - 2 cloves
Onion -1 piece
Chili pepper - 2 pieces
Mustard - 2 tablespoons
Peaches - 4 fresh
Canned diced tomatoes - 1200 gr
Water - 400gr
Wiskey - 240 ml
Apple cider vinegar -180 ml
Lime juice - 1 lime
Worchestershire sauce - 75 ml
Dark brown sugar - 240 ml
salt - 1 teaspoon
How To:
00h00m - Saute the onion, garlic and mustard in the butter. Add the chili peppers diced, the peaches diced, tomatoes and water
00h00m - Let the ingredients simmer until the water has evaporate
00h00m - Add the rest of the ingredients and let the simmer for another hour
00h00m - place the sauce in sterilized bottles and let them cool down. The develops when its left to rest for 24 hours.

very inspired sauce brother...did the peach flavor stand out much? also why the sugar peaches' fructose didnt cut it? thanks
Thanks... yeah the peach is pretty strong. I love that on my ribs. Did wonders for the burger as well. You could cut down the sugar by half if you want, but it definitely needs a little sugar.
Hi just discovered this sauce of yours and I got a little confused on the video it says to use 1 cup of Worcestershire sauce but in the recipe in the comments it says to use 75ml. Which is correct?

Er zijn 2 gouden regels.
1. De saus moet kokend heet uit de pan in het potje
2.Het potje moet vlak daarvoor zijn gedesinfecteerd (lees uit een kokend waterbad zijn gehaald.
Als je de pot sluit na het vullen ontstaat er een vacuum tijdens het afkoelen. Ik denk dat de saus minimaal 2 maanden houdbaar is als je dit toepast, maar ik heb het niet getest.
