    The last four years i am swimming almost daily.Especially in open water its trully meditative. Been a lifeguard in Greece helps me avoid pools for seven months a year.

    A few years ago I swam 2-3 times a week. I have known how to swim since I was 4 or 5. But it was always recreational. So off I went, bought a jammer, goggles, and swam. I worked to two hours. It was a 25 yd pool. But I had plenty of wind. Then I had a busy summer, Corona, I need to get back in. Good stuff though!

    My only concern is the quality of water in the pool...including chlorine and its long term effects...otherwise it is really a fun exercise...especially if the pool is outdoors and the weather is hot...
