- The final day of TEE TIME at the Social Media Open and The Bogey Men are playing the historic, Ballybunion Old Course. After a week of golf, we want to finish on a high with two good performances.
Ballybunion has an incredible history and relationship with golf, most famously known for its close, personal relationship with Tom Watson, one of golf's greatest players.
Tee Time is The Bogey Men's golf travel series.
Season 1 of 'Tee Time' is based in Kerry where we will be playing Ballybunion GC, Tralee GC and Dooks GC and have feature interviews with Irish golf experts Kevin Markham and Emma O'Driscoll and many more!

Love this channel. I live in Canada, and my wife and I just booked our first trip ever to Ireland in September! Ballybunion has always intrigued me, and it sounds like if I want somewhat of a more stress free round, then the Old Course is the way to go!

I ran into the Social Media open a couple of times at Ballybunion in recent years while on my annual April trip to Ireland from America. If I remember correctly, one year I went and played Tralee in the morning because the group had the Old Course booked, and then I came back and played Cashen in the afternoon. Another year I was able to get out on the Old in the morning before your group started. This year I will be a week ahead of you. Have a great time! Seems like a fun event. I really enjoyed watching the videos.

I found BallyB to be quite short also, driver + wedge or so into a lot of holes. Tralee plays about 2 clubs longer into most greens i'd say. Prefer the greens in Tralee also, nicer scenery too. But the wholes in BallyB are all carved out through the dunes
Hey Kieran! Thanks for watching this video too! Really appreciate the support. Yea most holes were driver & wedge, but naturally a lot of that for us was dictated by the conditions we had, again a flat calm day. Tralee is certainly more jaw dropping, but I think the history & lore around BallyB and it being old, ancient land makes it a very different experience.
Enjoyed the video lads, I have been lucky enough to play BB, Tralee and Portrush this year and I’m inclined to agree, I think I prefer BB as a course. Love the format, what courses have you planned in the future?
Thanks a mil Philip, both for watching and commenting! Yea have to say all 4 courses were fantastic. We're currently planning season 2 of Tee Time, which is likely to take place in Donegal. It'll be a longer series again, about 6-7 episodes. We're also filming 2 more episodes of Battle Golf in September so they should be live for you to watch soon!
