I wish I had seen this a few months earlier. It would have saved me the price of a breakbarrel Gamo Replay-10 Magnum IGT GEN2. That's a powerful airgun, but also very hard to load. This one isn't easy to fill with air using the pump, but at least one gets 35 shots for the effort.
In the UK, the replay magnum is not allowed, due to Firearms Laws. My first gun was Gamo Phox, in the UK but I got rid of it may years ago, now I am proud owner of Gamo Replay Mag Gen 2. In a foreign country.
These are very underated guns they can out outperform guns wich are 4 tumrs there price. I sold my hw100 to get the mk2 phox in. 177. The accuracy is amazing
Yes, contrary to the belief that this is a fixed-power air rifle, you can adjust the power up or down. Remove the action from the stock and take off the plastic finish piece at the back. If you look into the hole in the die-cast piece at the back, you will see an Allen screw the same size as the two securing the stock to the action. Turning the screw clockwise will add to the power, turning it anti clockwise will decrease it. This is achieved by adding compression to or lessening it on the hammer spring, giving a stronger or weaker strike on the valve. But be careful! Use a chronograph to monitor the muzzle velocity increase or decrease. Of course any adjustment will also affect the number of shots you will get from a full tank.

The Umarex Origin beats the crap out of this rifle. It's easier to pump. It's crazy accurate. The price of gun plus pump is $350. Scopes can be purchased for around $50. That's a total of $400.

I have one of these in .177 and is worth every penny, accurate to take vermin at 70 yards with little wind at sub 12 ft lb and is very well balanced, it's not the heaviest gun either.

In the uk they retail about £499-£530 with a mk1 and new Mk2 available if that’s any help.
