There are three areas that you must focus on to develop a strong press to handstand:
1. Hamstring & pancake flexibility
2. Wrist & shoulder strength
3. Core & abs strength
In this tutorial we demonstrate three new intermediate drills for these three key areas of the press to handstand. Continuing on from our last episode (linked at the end of this video), this routine builds on what we’ve already covered, providing some great press to handstand progressions for intermediate level people.

My hips don’t want to pivot when I’m up against the wall like you’d need a magnifying glass to see the range of motion, feels so unnatural
