For a first complete attempt at an EV, they did a fantastic job. Looking forward to future iterations and how the competition responds with their subsequent attempts.
The comment about the grippy seats pulling your sweat pants down 😂😂 My EV6 GT has full suede seats and your at risk of what we in the UK call a ‘wedgie’ if you slide in 😅 The interior is lovely though.
Good review. I do have a request though if instead of saying just how fast the charge is if you can give how many miles you get in how many minutes. I think that would be more useful for most of us.
Automakers like to quote miles per minute of charging, but it has been our experience that that can fluctuate wildly. If you drive conservatively and the charger is quick, you'll get a lot of miles per minute. If you drive aggressively and the charger is quick, you won't get as many miles since you're using more electricity when you drive aggressively. We feel this is the most "honest" way to quote it right now. But you're right, its not the most useful. We'll discuss it for future reviews. Thank you for your feedback!
@@EVPulse shoot sorry for all the confusion. It was my comment that was deleted and I think it’s because I intentionally mocked spammers by mimicking the way they respond generically. Anyways hope we can all move on and chalk this up to a friendly misunderstanding.
@@ALMX5DP dang it!!! Now my comments make zero sense... Sigh. Learning opportunity lost... Mistakes can be good, without them, we would all still just be rolling around on the ground like toddlers who never learned to gracefully fall down, ie:walk.
I have a 2023 Wind AWD and the Lane Keep Assist/Lane Follow Assist are terrible. I took it to KIA service and they said 'It is not very good and that is the way it is'. They recommended I not use it. I'm going to take the loss and get an Ioniq-5.
There is an update to the infotainment system that revamps the Radio UI letting you reorder your presets. 👍🏾
Indeed! And thank goodness!
This is not their first EV. Its their first EV built on an completely EV platform.
Thats a big difference.

11:17 hmmm the Tesla is AWD. The EV6 with AWD smokes the Tesla to 60 in 4.4 seconds. That's the fair comparison.
Kia’s cheapest Forte uses Apple Car Play plugged in or Bluetooth.
