In this video we will show you how to replace or remove front window motor on Ford Focus MK3. This should work on the whole generation from 2012 to 2018. We demonstrated on a front left window motor replacement and removal but the front right window motor replacement will be almost the same.

Today I followed the video replaced my regulator. Thanks for the detailed info.
As I asked in another comment, my window was stuck at the top position, I couldn't let the motor move the window down to the point to undo the locks. What I did was to first remove the 5 torx screws of the regulator, then the two tracks of the regulator could move, not completely free, but I managed to get some wiggle room to reach my hand in, and managed to release the two locks. It took me quite a while. The front one(close to engine compartment) was easy to release since the wiggle room was relatively big so I could bend my fingers, I really had a hard time to release the second lock, but I did it at the end.
Then afterwards, the work was not that hard. In my case, I didn't need to remove the speaker, just needed to release the speaker wire for convenience.
One more thing, to replace the glass in, I had to remove the inner glass seal piece first, then it turned to be a lot easier to see how the glass went in, and locked the glass in place.
My car is a Focus 2012.

Why are your replacing motor if it works lol most people's windows are not working which is why. We're trying to figure out how to remove it

there is also a screw behind the reflector which just unclips
So what do you do if the window motor broke and you can’t get the window to go down for removal?
what if you cannot roll down the window? can you still get to the clips to remove the window?

If the motor is dead,remove the 4 silver screws that hold the tracks to the door, and the one black screw the hold the motor to the door. Move the track toward the front of the door,exposing the motor. Remove the 3 screws that hold the silver cover of the motor. Once that is off,you can pull out the armature, and then u can push the window down manually.
There is also one more screw holding the panel in behind the red reflector. Also, this guy's video shows you how to remove just the motor and not the regulator, even with the window in the up position. ua-cam.com/video/7G1RWBWirPA/v-deo.html
