HI Bridget! I am in Indiana and so thankful for your videos! I am currently 41 weeks + 5 days and my aches and pains are increasingly powerful at this point. Your movements and videos are a tremendous help and I praise God! I notice bending over the counter and swaying my hips helps... I also take a shower and have the water run on my lower back! Walking is uncomfortable at first but after 5 mins, it helps too! Thanks again for sharing! ♡
I’m 19 weeks pregnant and have such bad lower back pain I couldn’t stand up off the toilet in the middle of the night! My husband had to come and save me at 1:30am!! I’m hoping these help! I’m going to buy a ball today!

Hello , I just wanted to say I watched Bridget’s videos for my whole pregnancy, I had 2 kids already and was pregnant with my third but I was still nervous and wanted to figure out what I could do to make my labor and delivery easier and less stressful and then I found Bridget’s videos and I instantly felt so much more confidence going into labor . I’m here to say everything she says is DEFINITELY true , and all the exercises helped me so much and I was able to handle my labor so much better then with my first two pregnancies, if you are watching these video please keep doing it , they are so informative and helpful and will make all the difference. Now here I am months after watching her videos with my newborn and had the best experience. Good luck to all you mommies to be , you got this ! Thank you Bridget for posting these videos you are amazing !
I'm 38 weeks and 4 days. It's now 07.37, I had pain last night around 2am, so I followed this video for about 40 minutes as I started to feel to tired and went to bed. Woke up this morning at 6am, and my labour is starting 😂 currently at the hospital to see how far in I am!
I followed the instructions on this video at 39 weeks, I’d been having light contractions for a week & after the time on the fit ball I had my baby within 12 hours!! Was just what I needed, I knew he was in the right spot but opening my pelvis with the figure 8’s worked a treat!! Thank you, you have no idea how much it meant for me to go into labor & have a natural delivery after my first child being an emergency csection.
Congratulations!!! I am a current mother of 4 my first born son, is an Angel👼🏽💚, but I had a C-section with him. My 2nd and 3rd I have had VBAC. I am set to have my 4th VBAC as on 4/4/22. I am currently 4 weeks out, today.
I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁
2 years later & this video is still helping so many mamas! Currently 40 weeks and this brought me some much needed relief on my back & hips. You are so pleasant to watch and I'm grateful for coming across your page. Keep up the great work beautiful woman❤
Thank you, I absolutely believe that your videos helped me have the VBAC birth of my dreams, I used these birth ball movements for weeks to help induce, she came 1 day early, your breathing techniques and affirmation videos helped me labour at home so long that by the time I went in to hospital I was already 9cm. Thank you so much for all of your videos. I will continue to recommend you to anyone who's pregnant.
Oh my god as soon as I leaned my chest over my brand new ball I felt immediate relief on my back I almost took a nap like that😅 I haven't felt such relief on my back in months 🥺 thank you so much!!
Did these exercises yesterday and omg baby is here today! Water broke this morning naturally and had baby 5:40pm today. Thanks so much for these exercises! I was due originally feb10
Congratulations!! I'm due the 25th. I'm already at a 4 and my midwife says if I get the baby into a better position I'll be more comfortable and should have less non productive contractions
@@itskit1022 good luck to you! This was my first baby and I was shocked I was only in labor for 8 hours and so were the nurses.. I did work all the way up until it was go time. So being active definitely has its benefits.

Tiara Cunningham wow well I will do that I’m in so much pain and I went into the emergency room because I couldn’t handle it anymore and they sent me back so IV been doing a lot of walking I just bought the ball so IV been on it since thank you so muchhhh
I found this video really helpful. Loving this video!!! I’m 35 weeks and have been having upper back pain and some pain around my groin. So these stretches have been AMAZING as I prepare for labor
Swimming has been a miracle for all my aches and pains! It gets the weight off all my joints and feet, and gives baby more room. I've had some bruising from my little boy putting his feet in the amenplace all the time, but when I swim he finally moves! Not to mention I can fill my lungs and breathe for a while!
These tips are so help full for my first baby who born a week ago.. I did all of these exercises at home and many of them during my labour. Even if try to practice the breathing techniques she teaches in a separate vedio which really help me for having a normal delivery without any pain medication. Thank you so much birth doula, for all your tips and tricks. I will keep watching your vedios as I am still in my postpartum recovery stage. Highly recommended for any new mom who is planning to have a normal delivery experience.
Definitely favorite one here is the figure 8 front to back i really felt baby's head engage and push down on my cervix 39 and 2 days wish me luck mommas 😁✌🏾
I am 34 weeks and a birth ball has helped so much to ease pelvic pain. I seldom sit in a chair during thIs last part of my pregnancy. Thank you for sharing these movements.I have found so much help through the ball and also taking prenatal yoga.
I did these exercises at 40 weeks and went into labor 3 days later! Not sure if it was these exercises that did the trick but wanted to share that they may have contributed!
Physical therapy - hands down best thing I did for physical comfort and prep and training I went in for hip joint pain when everything started to shift up to about 30 weeks. Am planning to go back after recovering from birth. I had tried to address my hip joint pain by stretching every day for 20+ minutes for like 2 weeks and it wasn’t helping. So my OB referred me to physical therapy. They not only taught me how to address the hip pain but also prepped the rest of my body for birth and recovery. (Pelvic floor strength, core strength, thighs, glutes, arms, heart rate, deep breathing, hip flexors, “open book”s for opening up the chest, lower back)
First time Mama! My back started aching really bad at about 30 weeks. I also found out at my 32 week ultrasound that Baby Boy is in breech position. 😯 Enter the birth ball! Thank you for your videos, they have truly helped with my anxiety and for learning while having all birthing classes canceled due to COVID-19. These exercises are helping relive my pain so much already and I'm truly hoping they help little man move into the right position. I plan on bringing it with me for laboring at the hospital as well.
Thank you for these tips I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant. These stretches are helping me relieve so much pain and discomfort.... especially in my lower back.. Thanx a million 💯🧘
I had terrible SI pain and started seeing a chiropractor and it’s been a game changer! I see her once a week until the baby arrives! I’m at 36weeks currently.
My cousin just ordered me this birthing ball and it came in this morning. This is the first video I’m watching. I’m 38 week and 6 days! I’ve been doing your exercises for 20 min and I already feel a difference! Will let you guys know how long it takes before I go into labor!! Thank you so much!!
Hi Bridget! I just wanted to say thank you for your videos! I gave birth to my first daughter last June and your videos were one of my main sources of preparation. Your tips helped me to follow my birth plan and have a natural birth in a birth center. And I believe the physical and mental preparation tips are part of why I was only in hard labor for 3 hours! I had an amazing experience and your videos helped a lot!
Can I say, I love you? Lol i’m 37 weeks and 6 days. This is my third and I never used a ball before. This pregnancy has been so different, it’s a boy this time. But having a third has really changed my body. Anyway, this video helped me relieve so mich discomfort. Thank you. I’ll sleep so much better tonight.
38 weeks and 4 days ! Just got my stability ball in the mail from amazon. I’m being induced on oct 1st and I’m currently only 1 cm dilated but the baby is head down so I’m just hoping to get more dilated before my inducement date
New sub here bc I feel all of this in my hips and I'm so grateful. I'm having two babies and want to deliver them and have a doula and she recommended I watch you so happy
Thank you so much! I’m 19 weeks and I have been having lower back pain and sciatica. I felt immediate relief when I did the pose on my knees with my chest leaning against the ball. I haven’t felt this good in weeks. So happy I found this video, I can’t wait to watch more!
I’m creeping into my 3rd trimester (26 weeks currently) thank you for this video. I feel so much better after I do these exercises. I’ll continue to do these from now all the way until I go into labor.
I'm 19 weeks pregnant. Starting to do this exercises now, as I suffer with pelvic pain and an older back pain that is making me feel very stiff. It's only my second day, so I'll see the benefits of this exercises in a while I hope. If they do me good, I'll continue to do them up until I'll get into labour. Thanks for this video!
Rib pain was definitely a big one for me. Stretching my upper back in the yoga ball was a big help. Thanks for the video! Super helpful for us first pregnancy mamas!
I'm excited to try this on my 36 weeks now! Got a lot of tense muscles and back pain I can feel the relief in here! Thanks so much Bridget I love your videos really helping a lot ❤️💖
Hi Bridget thanks for making these amazing videoes. Im 38+5 weeks and a first time mom. I have recently discovered your channel. I have watched most of your videos the last week and today I have noticed that every time Im watching your video my baby moves a lot, apparently she likes your voice. Keep going with this amazing work. Love from London.
OKAY… yesterday I did these exercises in the day and at night before bed and this morning my water broke and I gave birth 12 hours later at 39 weeks and 3 days! I can’t believe it! This really helps!
Love the shoulder stretch. It helps me sleep better. I didn't really get alot of lower back pain (my baby is really high). Thank you so much. I am really enjoying all of your videos.
When should we start doing this exercises? And can we continue doing this exercises when our contractions have already started, so we can have a faster delivery?
31 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and the birthing ball has been my best friend in all 3rd trimester pregnancies! I used it all the time, I have many friends that never got 1 during pregnancy and I seriously don't know how they lived without it lol. I really believe it helps me have quick labours (8 hrs first baby and 5 hours 2nd baby). Fingers crossed this labor will go by smoothly as well!
Oh my goodness! This is my first baby and I'm 39w 5days..idk if a birthing ball is similar to my stability ball but I'm using her exercises and hoping my water breaks anytime now lol
I have been having pelvic muscle/nerve pain if I walk too much or do too much. My solution has been pregnancy yoga. It has helped me so much. I've also had lower back pain so I started to do non-weighted Roman deadlifts. It has helped so much.
Thanks for all your tips. Quick question how frequently during the day is recommended to do it. I am 39 weeks and 3 days and I need to induce myself the doctor suggested medication but I do not want that road. Thanks in advanced
Thank you so much for this video!! You have been such a comforting guide throughout my pregnancy and I am so so grateful for your videos!! I’ve definitely experienced upper back pain so I’m excited to try all these moves, ESPECIALLY the last move that is specifically for upper back pain! Thank you times infinity!!!
Dear Bridget, is it safe to do all these exercises during pregnancy and not just the end of it? I'm 25 weeks now and I want to practice as I feel sitting on the ball and moving is a great relief to me, but I don't want to make my baby come too early :-)
Such a helpful video! I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and I want to get a birth ball to do these exercises but are these movements safe to do around this time? I see a lot of comments saying this helped induce their birth and I wouldn't want to give birth too early. Thanks, Jade
Is there a certain point in pregnancy to stop doing these exercises if I don’t want to induce labor YET. I’m 25 weeks now, but wondering for the future. :) thanks!
I know you’ve already had your baby but just wanted to say, Incase someone else asks a similar question, I’ve done these as well as yoga and pelvic floor exercises. You’re exactly right, baby will not come until they’re ready!
Arryal Baker Indeed! I did all the exercises in the world to help my little guy come and he was 5 days past my due date! I felt strong during labor both mentally and physically though so I’m glad I did them! :) Healthy baby boy... 7 lbs 11oz
How sweet! So i just bought my birth ball to celebrate the 3rd trimester. This is the first video ive seen of you and this was so helpful sweet and your gentleness helped alot of my anxiety
What a great video! I’m 29.5 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby. Hoping for another vaginal birth but have a low lying placenta + high right head transverse baby still. I’m praying the placenta moves up and baby flips so I can have a great, non medicated delivery 🙌🏼
I had my last checkup and was 2cm dilated and 70% effaced. My ob scheduled me for another appointment to induce, which I should have been 41 weeks. Been following some of your videos and saw this one, I followed the whole thing and continued the bouncing after for maybe another 15 mins. I was currently 39 weeks 5 days. After few hours we got to meet our little love. Not sure if she was really ready or this exercise really worked wonder, either way I didnt have to wait to be induced. Really recommend trying this and watching other videos as well.
How awesome! How did you know to go to the hospital after these exercises? Did you have contractions? I was sent home last night after being 3cm dilated with no contractions :( I’m having a c section! I’m 38 weeks and 3dsys!
So fun how I've done all these exercises all by myself just by listening to what my body needs and what feels good. Without even knowing what I was doing :D
As long or as short as it feels good, but obviously the longer you do it, the more effective! I'd do them for a minute each and once you've gotten through all of them, run through the movements 2 more times!
Wow these techniques definitely tended to the lower back pain I was feeling. I felt completely relaxed while doing the cat stretch on all 4s. So glad I watched this video. Thanks for sharing!! ❤️❤️
41+1 today I am so over this pregnancy. I have tried everything. I am hoping this helps me go into labor. I will be discussing induction at my next appointment Tuesday.

Pls update
You have been such an amazing resource for me during my pregnancy. Thank you 💕
Can I say, I love you? Lol i’m 37 weeks and 6 days. This is my third and I never used a ball before. This pregnancy has been so different, it’s a boy this time. But having a third has really changed my body. Anyway, this video helped me relieve so mich discomfort. Thank you. I’ll sleep so much better tonight.
So I am 27 weeks pregnant... how soon can you start doing these exercises?
From 35 weeks
THIS VIDEO IS AMAZING! I’m 5 days overdue praying this works
38 weeks and 4 days ! Just got my stability ball in the mail from amazon. I’m being induced on oct 1st and I’m currently only 1 cm dilated but the baby is head down so I’m just hoping to get more dilated before my inducement date
Forward leaning inversions helped me soooo much. It relieves round ligament pain in my sides so much.
my low back was definitely an ache/pain area and doing extended childs pose helps me so much
That’s the end pose of my prenatal yoga routine and it feels so good ^.^
I am 20 week pregnant and just exercising to learn the right moves when the times comes! Feels so good! Thank you, happy to discover your channel
Hey girl, just wanted to ask you how your pregnancy is going and hope the exercises helped you! ❤️💕
Thank you so much I love all your videos, I'm 41 and this is my first full term pregnancy. All the advice is greatly appreciated 🙏
How are you doing??? Just checking in🥰
New sub here bc I feel all of this in my hips and I'm so grateful. I'm having two babies and want to deliver them and have a doula and she recommended I watch you so happy
Love! I'm 31 weeks pregnant, and always looking for some good moves on the ball!
Right??? The ball is just too good to pass up! You're getting so close, mama!
Thank you so much! I’m 19 weeks and I have been having lower back pain and sciatica. I felt immediate relief when I did the pose on my knees with my chest leaning against the ball. I haven’t felt this good in weeks. So happy I found this video, I can’t wait to watch more!
Sweet relief! It makes such a difference, doesn't it? So, glad it helped you!
I'm excited to get on this journey. I'm at 36 weeks today and hoping for back/hip pain relief and hopefully baby coming soon and easy.
39 weeks 2 days. Im really thankful for these videos
Thank you so much for these positions my labor started after I did it !
How far were you?
@@lauragirolami5487 40 weeks my baby won’t come out so I decided to do this until I give birth 2 days later my baby boy was here .
@@lauragirolami5487 40 weeks
I'm excited to try this on my 36 weeks now! Got a lot of tense muscles and back pain I can feel the relief in here! Thanks so much Bridget I love your videos really helping a lot ❤️💖
Did you end up having the baby early ?
Hi Bridget thanks for making these amazing videoes. Im 38+5 weeks and a first time mom. I have recently discovered your channel. I have watched most of your videos the last week and today I have noticed that every time Im watching your video my baby moves a lot, apparently she likes your voice. Keep going with this amazing work. Love from London.
Bridget! I am 32 weeks pregnant and my baby is breech. Can you do a video to help turn a breech baby please!
Having spd (pelvic girdle pain) I'm hoping these are gonna help currently 37 weeks xxx
Hello, can I start this exercises at birth ball during second trimester?
OKAY… yesterday I did these exercises in the day and at night before bed and this morning my water broke and I gave birth 12 hours later at 39 weeks and 3 days! I can’t believe it! This really helps!
How long did you do exercises for
Love the shoulder stretch. It helps me sleep better. I didn't really get alot of lower back pain (my baby is really high). Thank you so much. I am really enjoying all of your videos.
Thank you Bridget
You just had a new subscriber today 😊
Got an exercise ball in the 2and trimester! No regrets. So fun to work out with it.
Will be officially 39 weeks tomorrow.. so excited to meet baby girl!!
Thank you so much for this video.
Watching all your videos and getting motivated 🤣😊🤣
I love all your videos Bridget and for me at 38 weeks these moves feel so good especially the ones using birth ball for support! Thank you
When do you recommend doing these exercises? How far along should somebody be?
Just got my ball and started trying these exercises... amazing!!! So much relief! 🙌
Dear Bridget, is it safe to do all these exercises during pregnancy and not just the end of it? I'm 25 weeks now and I want to practice as I feel sitting on the ball and moving is a great relief to me, but I don't want to make my baby come too early :-)
Currently 37 weeks and 5 days. Ready to meet my son!!!
Such a helpful video! I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and I want to get a birth ball to do these exercises but are these movements safe to do around this time? I see a lot of comments saying this helped induce their birth and I wouldn't want to give birth too early.
Thanks,
Jade
She addresses this in the video. Short answer no problem at all.
I have severe pelvic pain and swimming is the only exercise that was helpful for me. Floating in the pool face down with a snorkel was a HUGE relief.
Hi Bridget Tyler. Please tell us when to start this birthing ball exercises.. i am in my 29th weeks.. can i start using this ball or wait till 32weeks
How many weeks from pregnancy can you start using the ball ? Can you start from very beginning to the end?
Is there a certain point in pregnancy to stop doing these exercises if I don’t want to induce labor YET. I’m 25 weeks now, but wondering for the future. :) thanks!
If your body isn't ready, these wont induce labor :)
Thank you again! I will be doing these techniques ASAP!! I want to be naturally induced. I’ll be 40 weeks tomorrow.
So amazing! Thank you for sharing ❤️
@@BridgetTeyler thank you for making helpful content. God Bless you ❤
How awesome! How did you know to go to the hospital after these exercises? Did you have contractions? I was sent home last night after being 3cm dilated with no contractions :( I’m having a c section! I’m 38 weeks and 3dsys!
@@kimberlyrodriguez5968 did you have a scheduled csection or just waiting whenever you are ready?
Noemi Campbell I have it scheduled for April 2nd! But if she wants to come out sooner that would be great 😓
Great video! Thank you very much
So fun how I've done all these exercises all by myself just by listening to what my body needs and what feels good. Without even knowing what I was doing :D
I started doing this exercise at 37 weeks. And boom!!! My water broke on the same week. 😅 🤯
I didn't expect I'd be giving birth that early. 😁
Can I start doing these exercices at 29 weeks?
hey mamas, when is it okay to begin these exercises ? I am 24 wks going into 25 wks . thanks !
Due date is in 2 days I’m currently doing these tysm for sharing
Currently 39weeks+4days, this video really helps. I also wanted to know how long should I do each exercise on the ball😊
As long or as short as it feels good, but obviously the longer you do it, the more effective! I'd do them for a minute each and once you've gotten through all of them, run through the movements 2 more times!
@@BridgetTeyler Perfect thank you so much.
Thank you so much Bridget! I’m 8 months pregnant and your stretches have helped me feel so much better!💖
How long is recommend to use the ball in a day or does it not matter?
Wow these techniques definitely tended to the lower back pain I was feeling. I felt completely relaxed while doing the cat stretch on all 4s. So glad I watched this video. Thanks for sharing!! ❤️❤️
Thank you for all your videos ❤️
My question is when i can start with these exercises ? I am 34 weeks rn 🥲
When to start doing these exercises ? My wife is currently 37 weeks pregnant.
41+1 today I am so over this pregnancy. I have tried everything. I am hoping this helps me go into labor. I will be discussing induction at my next appointment Tuesday.
So....did you get induced??
@@jkalb1744 I did end up getting induced unfortunately. My body just wouldn't go into labor.
@@oksanavodka congratulations!!! I hope you are enjoying that baby!!
When can I start doing these exercises? I don’t want to do them too early 😬 am 32 weeks now!
