when it comes to amanza being friends with christine, i think being cordial and polite in order to coexist in a workplace is one thing, but becoming that close with someone who did your long-time best friends so dirty is WILD. also it is soooo rich that christine was desperately trying to convince christian (herself, let's be honest) that she "doesn't need friends/camaraderie/lunch buddies" and then goes on to spend the last 20 minutes of the finale in tears because the girls don't say hi to her and mary won't be her friend.

@@BronzeBellaBria I always preferred his ex-wife Christina on their show Flip or Flop, and it's kinda funny how much Heather looks like her 😆 but Heather seems very sweet, Tarek is BIG in the industry (HGTV, flipping million dollar homes) and so his is ex-wife, I believe they actually do still work together and they seem to be amicable and co-parenting well. Heather is making good connections at least.

You should watch Selling Tampa. All black female cast (yes including the bosses), better humour, the drama is revolved around real estate rather than personal beef if you're into that, and they say stuff to each other's face more of the time unlike in Selling Sunset where they just talk behind people's back entire time. BUT I feel like we didn't get to enough real estate. Like if I remember correctly, they only closed 1 house but someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

Mary is getting a backbone and is able to stand up for herself because of Romain. They’re so similar because they’re both kind and genuine people, but he always says what’s on his mind and has helped her do the same. I loved when he said “that’s my girl,” after she went off 😍

I’m thinking Crishell’s and Jason’s relationship might have been for PR purposes and then it fell through.
Also, Christine and Davina are two examples of how insecurities can manifest themselves. Davina is a doormat and being around someone like Crishell who has self assurance and self confidence brings out the worst of her insecurities so she nitpicks at Crishell to validate herself. Christine on the other hand overcompensates and tries to be the “boss bitch” to hide her insecurities. Either way Crishell is a trigger for both of them because extremely insecure people cannot stand someone who is comfortable with themselves.
I don't think it was PR because why would they break up before the new season even starts? It makes watching the next season pointless because you already know they're broken up
According to the statement they both released they split up because Chrishell wants a family and Jason doesn't so they're not compatible/aligned. Maybe it was PR but that seems like a valid and mature reason.

Davina honestly just has such an unsteady and strange presence. she always sounds rlly nervous w everything she’s saying yet she’s also trying to talk shit, so it just doesn’t work and ends up coming off as weird and almost like bad acting. i feel like she’s so wrapped up in trying to be Christine’s henchwoman that it’s eroding her actual personality and social skills.

Amanza... yeah they somewhat downplayed her problems, and her being friends with Christine I don't really know how that works but I guess. Davina: No comment. Chrishell, idk i felt lukewarm about her this season. Vanessa, bless her heart. Down to earth but idk if helping Christine will backfire, hopefully not. Mary is the only person that can shoot Christine between the eye, and i am proud of her for that. not to diagnose anyone but Christine is a compulsive liar lol. Emma is fishy.

I'm kinda surprised about how no one is talking about Mary and Christine's argument where they officially broke off their friendship. The pain thay Mary felt was so visible and I could relate so much to her (Being the minion of your terrible bff) that it made me uncomfortable to know that that was filmed and it was also done in a very public area.
Btw Christine was also clearly in pain but she just doesn't know how to be a decent human being and is clearly a very mean/spiteful person so I didn't feel that bad for her. Props to Mary for finally cutting her off.

▪︎ as someone who watch season 4 as my introduction to the show, I literally didn't realize heather was a person. Everytime she was on screen, I guess I just assumed she was of the other blondes (emma, Mary, christine)

Literally! People called me crazy for thinking Maya was mad shady during S1 but she’s always been a low-key hater and pot-stirrer, especially towards Mary. I feel like half of the Christine/Mary drama can be boiled down to Maya’s shadiness.

my favorite part of the season was when christine said davina was the only one she told about the engagement when davina wasn’t even at the office yet. her getting caught in that lie was soooo satisfying. vanessa pissed me off, emma was chill, and i loved amanza but then all of a sudden she was buddy buddy with christene i was????
anyways i enjoyed selling tampa (the beyoncé party some of their outfits were on point). my favorite moment was when alexis showed that house cause sis was mad dry and knew nothing about the house😭 i’m excited to see more seasons of it, my only issue with it is that in selling sunset they’re selling houses damn near each episode where as in selling tampa i feel like either that’s not the case, or they’re not showing it for whatever reason. but i think they’re in a slow period cause sharelle literally had to change the commission split since anne marie and colony are like the only ones actually selling houses. it was cool seeing the mielle owner because it’s nice seeing black luxury, especially since it’s a brand im v familiar with. regardless i really enjoyed it.
i’m also excited to see how selling the oc is gonna be cause ik those houses are gonna be large and gorgeous.

I didn't see it for Chrishell this season personally. I know she's the fan favorite, but I found her annoying to watch lately. The clique dynamic with her and Mary was exhausting because at the end of the day all the do is talk about how awful Christine is, and it's like yeah we get it. We've been watching the show. This is season 4. Eventually the storyline has to start going somewhere else. It's getting to the point where the people with the most screen time are all unlikable.

Chrishell remains my fav and is simply a doll. I've always disliked Mary, but this season I also have new found respect for her. She needs to give some of the energy she gave to Christine to Romel and buy her damn house. Vanessa is sweet and hope to see more of her talking less about Christine. Heather is still a dud. Maya seems nice but she bores me. I don't understand how it's always a miss with Davina, she's a loser. Wish we saw more of Amanza and find it weird how close she is with Christine. I feel for her and her baby daddy situation though. Jury still out on Emma but I like what I see so far.
Christine was a complete mess this season. Her lies have spread so thin and shes starting to flounder. I don't see how she'll be able to stay at the group much longer if things continue the way they are.
Overall, I enjoyed the season. I hope you do a video for Selling Tampa. It needs some improvements but I loved it.
