From a white male (so the other white males can listen) why is it so hard for other people to understand that race plays a part in who succeeds in our society because of underlying racist ideas and racial bias that have ran rampant in society for years. You won't be the target of "BLaCk AgGrEsSiOn" if you're not a racist. Don't be offended at the presence of racial biases, change them.
This is just a guess, but maybe they don’t want to have to face the realization that they’re not as great as they’ve been told they are. White men are told they can do anything and there’s no limits to their dreams. Acknowledging the privilege means acknowledging the suffering of everyone else that allows white men to be put on a pedestal. It also means looking at the world differently, which they’ve never had to do since the world caters to their perspective.
I get even more angry when people try to minimise and justify the racist behaviour of their favourite influencer by describing it as mere “ drama”.🙄😡

There’s has to be some accountability on UA-cam’s end bc they allow these problematic ppl to continually be problematic and thrive. Like with the onision situation, the fact he still has a platform even tho he’s so clearly a predator as well as his spouse and yet UA-cam does nothing about it yet will delete small creators channels with no notice. Even if he hasn’t legally broken the law, UA-cam has a TOS for a reason, yet will only enforce it on certain people, even people that don’t break it

Kinda random, but can you talk about Gen Z? We’re an amazing generation, but recently, it’s gotten pretty problematic. I saw this post that was like, “Gen Z is carrying the BLM Movement on their shoulders,” and I was like?!?!? But we aren’t tho!
