I can sympathize with the everything hurts part. You can grow accustomed to it and it doesn't stand out against things that hurt worse. My back and hips are really painful, and while my knees hurt, the back draws my focus there more often than not.
my favorite part is when shes educating us and the patient about their bodies. i get so invested.

@@BrandingChangeYep I’ve already seen about 3 others on UA-cam so Im sure theres are more than 0.1% lol, they are just as thorough and good sense humor and makes sure their patients leave feeling at least some what better than when they came, the reason I feel like you give Brenda this much praise is out of ignorance of other chiropractors, there probably isn’t a lot like her but definitely more than 0.1%

Something that would help women would be a T-shirt that is open at the back and with a tie at the top of the neck and another at the bottom of the back, so when you lie down simply untie the ties and have the back with nothing so it is easier to access the back (google translation)

I first went to a chiropractor in the 1980s, and have received treatment from about three different ones since then, and Dr Mondragon is the most comprehensive in her therapy, as I have seen, or experienced. I have never had one that performed soft tissue work, used a scraper, and explained everything as they went along. All just looked at an x-ray and adjusted from there. I have multiple posture problems, but the most challenging problem is the pump put into my heart, that keeps me alive. Yep, I said a pump placed into the heart wall, itself. Working around it would be a challenge for any chiropractor, and yes I have watched other good ones, here on UA-cam.
