Don't forget to just ask your current chiropractor if they provide services like these. I see someone for turn and burn adjustments and was looking to get the muscle scraping done. Couldn't find anywhere that did it so I finally asked him. He was like, sure! I do that. I just don't advertise because it takes a lot of extra time and we do so many adjustments it'd be hard to accommodate it for everyone. Got my scraping done and I am a happy customer!

I have been to several chiropractors, looking for someone who was this thorough. Most do a decent adjustment without addressing muscle tensions, so within a few hours to a couple days, I’m right back where I was before I went in. I love the idea of deep tissue work with chiropractic adjustments. Now if I could just find this in my area!

Awesome video doc Mondragon and aside from your usual scraper finding new tools for different situations is super amazing and I personally think its always great to keep new tools at your disposal so that you can add them into your set or regimen for when you have a patient with a situation that requires that specific tool keep up the amazing work
I bet a good number of people here find the intensity soothing & relaxing, rather than painful/unbearable.
Some of us need a straight up hammer and chisel.

It's a known fact that redheads need at least 30% more anesthesia and are more sensitive to pain. They also need higher doses of antibiotics and pain meds and novacaine due to their recessive gene mutation.

I would say don’t wear Crocs, buy really good shoes and it will help your back from hurting. I stopped wearing Crocs and it’s been a major change to my back from hurting.

What exactly does the scraping do?
Since no one answered you. It brings the inflammation to the surface of the skin and allows for the body to have an easier time naturally disposing of it. I'm sure that you probably learned this after 3 months though.
