I'm more gentle and safe than I look!
I have hundreds of videos. Leave me a comment, and if I can (relative to the patient's request of privacy) I can link more videos ✌️
Thank you so much for these resources. I have the same issues as this client. It gives hope that relief is possible.
I'm suffering with a frozen shoulder on the left side and having an implantable cardiac defibrillator as well. Would have loved the same treatment as this fighter, if you have any video with either group of patients it would be great. Love from Norway 🇧🇻
I have EDS-V and I wish I could get all these these treatments with one person. I have to get them all separately here biweekly to function. Sometimes weekly depending on dislocations or subluxations. I still haven’t found someone to do scraping.
I wanted to say I’ve never seen You not put the patient first. You are amazing and your compassion is beautiful. Thank you for the healing you do!!!
You have an email to be able to talk about my mom's fibriomalgia problem.
How did your hair get so long all of a sudden
It’s satisfying to see this patient enjoy so much of the treatment including Doc’s elbows, the roller, hair pulling, & scraper. Hope she gets great relief going forward.
I can’t even. This brings me to tears because so many of us deal with chronic pain and are dismissed. I so need this type of chiropractic care in my life.
I have Fibromyalgia, Hypermobility Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and Ideopathic Hypersomnia. I’d give anything to experience this. Between the pain flares, the non-stop sleep, and the constant injury- you can only take so much! It’s driven me to suicide before, but knowing that at least one person out there gets it, believes it, and TREATS IT is nothing short of a miracle for hope things will get better in the medical community for us chronically ill patients. Please continue educating and advocating, I’m thankful.
I completely understand your pain - I also have Fibromyalgia and Hypermobility isues. It's its own special kind of hell. Sending support from one spoonie to another. 💕
I completely can relate! It is so hard to find people who gets it! When I broke my leg I had 5 doctors discussing how to treat it lol.
I totally feel this girl’s pain and relief. This looks like heaven to me. Having fibromyalgia sucks but this is the type of treatment we need, not medication!! You are amazing!!
Omg, this chiropractor is the best I've ever seen...everything she knows and does should be the standard practice for all chiropractic imo.
I love this girl, she's so expressive! I totally get the 'loving the good pain' thing too 😆
She is so validating towards her patients. Especially patients with fibromyalgia who have most likely been told at some point in their lives that their pain is not real.
I am always impressed by Dr Mondragon!
I suffer Fibromyalgia and it is real, I’d love to have Brenda help me, but I live in Australia 🇦🇺
Reading the comments below was both harrowing And uplifting.
So much pain people are going through but mostly such positive attitudes to boot.
I should understand that a video like this would draw in people with fibromyalgia, lupus and/or chronic fatigue.
Definitely got my dose of empathy today.
I understand her being so cheerful through all this. When you hurt really bad with fibro pain you pray anything or someone can just help you with your pain.
my mum has lupus and fibromyalgia. It’s so good to see people getting treatment that helps them! i can’t even imagine the pain
I have severe fibro. Suffering brain fog alot
Wow my mom has exactly the same thing. Lupus and fibro. It’s not the deadly lupus it just makes her really tired.
@@geraltofrivia3344 my mum has 3 different kinds of lupus:( it’s a nightmare at times but she does okay! it’s a horrible illness
@@t.hughesxoxo wow that’s awful sorry to hear that. My thoughts and prayers are with her.
this lady give me the feeling like she and dr brenda can be real good friends irl :D
It must be incredibly satisfying to help someone in pain. Not many people can say that. Keep up the great work.
You are literally giving people their lives back. Superb job. Wish I lived closer!
She's definitely one of the coolest patients this year
She looks like Jennifer aniston
Hmm. Is it strange to feel relief for someone else? She seemed so happy to finally get worked on properly. The Dr is one of a kind. Over a mill subs. Kudos Dr Brenda.
I actually do too, but maybe you're some kind of empath? 💜
Not at all. Those called mirror neurons. look it up. Thats why you are relieving just from watching...
You are a real life superhero, the relief your patients feel after this must be so rewarding 🙂
It’s interesting to see the hair pulling. When I have a tension headache or migraine I’ve naturally grabbed hair along my occipital ridge and tugged to help relieve the pain.
So do I.
Me too!! My whole life I’ve had to do the gentle hair pulling to “lift” the tension. Why is that so helpful?
I think that means you are intuitive and aware in regards to your body and what it needs! 🖤
That lady was beautiful and her and the Doc have such a good vibe together like they’ve been friends forever.
Thing is, when you're hypermobile and have fibromyalgia: your ligaments are super flexible yes, but your muscles are so stiff, knotted and sore (extra from overcompensating the hypermobile ligaments).
Come on, everybody knows this.. say something original
I found this episode very fascinating. I'm also very hypermobile in all my joints and have seen countless physios and one very specialised physio (worked with hypermobile patients for over 20 years) She said most of the problems stem from the rib cage. The hypermobile body adopts strange breathing patterns and lots of people experience sore ribs and tension throughout the thorax. Breathing really has been one of the most useful tools for me.
She’s the funniest most joyful patient 😂❤️
I just admire your energy and love your work. You are literally the only chiropractor I follow. Thank you for sharing your work.
Love the positive energy in this video, she made me smile
I have ME/CFS and chronic back pain and also see a chiropractor (although he doesn't do manual adjustments) and I totally feel her when she talks about how much the pain feels good. Same with massage. It just releases so much tension all at once. My favourite adjustment he does is pulling up my cervical spine. It feels like 50lbs of pressure dropped instantly,
Oh my gosh, I’ve been wanting to see you treat someone with EDS for so long! Everything she has, I do too and I felt relief just watching this! Thank you!
seeing her and other folks with EDS has me wanting to push my dr for testing for my chronic and random pain.
I have EDS as well and I can relate to everything she is describing. My pain is sooo bad from my neck through my shoulder blades and Into my ribs. I’ve had 3 neck fusions and a L5-S1 Fusion so I have been instructed by my neurosurgeon to not have anyone manipulate my spine. Although I really really want to have a chiro work on me!!
She said "my dream come true" - truer words never spoken!
Doc's got her festive Halloween look going strong. Love seeing her helping the people with chronic long term problems. Great to see and hear the patient finding relief finally. Must always be a nice reward for Dr. Mondragon too.
This is exactly what feel my body needs. How she describes her pain through fibro is how i feel even down to the glands in my neck. Love watching your videos.
I love her energy!!! She is so much fun!
So nice to see someone with EDS and Fibro getting some help! Always feels like my chiropractors don’t fully understand EDS patients
Watching this, I'm convinced even more that I need to find a way to get in with you. I have fibromyalgia and possibly RA, and this kind of body work looks so relieving.
I appreciate your videos, your work is amazing, your so kind, down to earth, professional and thorough 😊
This is my favorite video thus far. 😊 Great job, Doc!!!
I wish you could travel. My mom needs this very badly. After chemotherapy and radiation treatments, her back and sciatica nerves are a mess. She used to have the strut of a model. She has a stooped rounded shoulders walk now😢 Keep helping people the way that you do. It's much needed 💞
I too suffer from fibromyalgia and I see a chiropractor that has been a great help. What Dr. M is doing would send me into a huge pain flare.
I love the happiness she exudes
Two gorgeous ladies in one video. They are both wonderful. My sister has that condition but doesn't have this done so I will recommend that she watch it.
I love y’all energy. It seems like y’all known each other a lifetime the way y’all was talking and laughing.
Currently 25 weeks pregnant and wishing I could get cracked like a glowstick
😂😂😂😂
Congrats! I’ve been trying to get pregnant for 2 years I cry everyday.
@@fxjrulpzxi honey keep your hopes up. It took my husband and I for 12 yrs. We just celebrated our 48th anniversary . Our children are 36 and 35. They fixed everything that was wrong.
As a Fibro Warrior, I would give anything to be treated by Dr. Mondragon.
This fibro. Patient needs dr. Mondragon!! I've suffered for way too many years!
It’s very satisfying to see this adjustement & Cracks !
Back scrapping compilation pretty please!
This was an amazing video per usual.
Fantastic you make your patients willing to give their whole body love your connection ❤ with them.
Bist du süß und cool mein Schatzi ich liebe dich für immer dein bester Schatz PhilippeBarz dich auch ganz doll lieb ok ❤️♥️💕❤️😘💜💋🌹💖
💟💋💋🌹🌹🌹♥️💕💕💖😘
😘♥️♥️♥️😘♥️🌹♥️♥️♥️😘😘🌹
Entertaining and informative video as usual. Aside from that I quite like this patient.
I need your hands Brenda! This video is exactly all the areas I need worked on. I am getting Graston on my lower/mid back from a chiropractor to treat scar tissue/adhesions after lumbar fusion done 2 years ago. Still have bad back pain. I have RA and tons of other health issues but my massage therapist doesn’t get as deep as you do. I wish we had a “combo” practitioner like you in south Louisiana.
It’s like the laughter is a release too.
I have fibromyalgia (among other things), so that definitely caught my attention immediately. Thanks for the video as always!
Its a lymphatic issue. Look up Dr Robert Morse on UA-cam. He helped me cure psoriasis and arthritis and my mums fibromyalgia. Its all food related. You must stop eating cooked foods and get on a 100% raw fruit
I wonder if hair pulling can help relieve headaches and sinus issues in the head also amazing video doctor Mondragon you are awesome and your videos are very educational and you rock
Try it and you'll be hooked forever. Real story.
I have Fibromyalgia wish we had someone like this in Edinburgh to help me Pain my neck and joints bad some days Your amazing
I have CFS and FIBRO
I wish more people talked about it
Love this video, patient was awesome. I was laughing with her 😂
I have Hyper mobility syndrome and Fibromyalgia and watching this felt so satisfying. I wish I could get this done too.
Im seriously thinking of coming all the way from Sweden if I could get a session from you :) I really like how you practice your craft
My goodness! She’s describing where I have my pain. It causes weekly referred headaches in my eye region
Uh, how did this woman get in my head? She just described my pain exactly. I've had fibro for over 30 years.
This video was amazing. Thank u for that.
OMG I love your ponytail! 😍I know it's probably a pain to keep hair that long but it's such a good look
I also need to laugh so much at the chiropractor. I think I might be relieving tension 😂
I feel this gals pain/joy!! I suffer from Fibromyalgia, EDS, and MCAS, and the daily pain of different areas hurting! This makes me want to fly out and have a session even more!! I would get hives almost immediately thanks to my EDS and MCAS lol.
I'm literally about to cry because this looks like it feels so good.
I have scoliosis and fibromyalgia and damn I would love this. Probably would be painful but so worth it. My neck usually hurts more than my back and I can't wear hats, beanies or hoodies because they make my neck stiff and feels like it's compacting my spine.
I can't wear my over the head nice headphones because it squeezes my head and makes my soreness worse
Also I hope people are understanding of you. I know fibro isn't as common in men, and even I get assumptions about things.
Like other people assume things that aren't true about me
I also have those, my problem is with coats, it always seems as if I am being compressed, so I get what you are saying. Hope you're doing well!
I feel like there’s an idea when you’re hyper mobile that you don’t need adjusting bc your joints are so flexible, but all it really means is that your body compensates for that flexibility by trying to stabilize and locking up certain areas.
When she said this is my dream …I felt that haha. Going to Brenda is on my vision board hahaha
I love your videos! I haven’t found a chiropractor doing manual adjustments anymore. I don’t like the activator method!
Excited to see this- I also have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, and I would love to see if you could help me!
Me too! Never clicked so fast. Osteopathy (in the UK) is the thing that has helped the most with my pain and fatigue.
Same here 😕 I will literally try anything to not feel like this
A good education video and how Dr M takes the feedback treatment from it.
Also like the themes from office and tights.
Also how what long-term having your head down from our phones but out parents and grandparents have or had the same issues and something we see if you notice older people walking, and head down.
I have fibromyalgia and I would LOVE to get some of Dr. Brenda's treatment done on me.
You are 100% the only thing on my bucket list!
I would LOVE to have this done, but my skin is so sensitive these days. My muscles can take it, but weirdly, my skin can't.
My wife totally needs this treatment, thanks for sharing
I have hypermobile EDS and my doctors have told me I can’t go to a chiropractor because it could dislocate my joints. I’m surprised she is able to get adjusted but I can imagine how much it could help with the chronic pain.
Man when Brenda see stuff she’s gets deep in there
what?
@@alucaardius he said what he said
Best Knot Day Video Ever, Great Job, WOW
honestly wish the chiro around here compared to this, it looks amazing
Man I've got fibro and me/cfs as well and hearing them be like "it always hurts, but right now it's the worst pain" is so real!
IKR, me too!! Hope you're having a good less-fibro kinda day! 💜
Could you tell us where we can buy this "comb" that was used on her scalp?
I have chronic fibromyalgia i bet this feels amazing.
Does anyone know what this procedure she's doing is called and where to have it done? I go to a chiropractor, but never offered up something like this.
Thanks Doc, was in need of one of you vids s2
I suffer from fibromyalgia as well. I have been seeing a chiropractor for about 10 months and they never do as much work as Dr. Mondragon. Like the feet, toes and ears. Of course the scraping is not an option.
I have Fibro and that would be amazing but sadly I also have a 2 level spinal fusion (c5-6 c6-7) and degenerative disk disease so all I can do is watch and imagine that it would help. Lol
It’s nice to she that she is able to have this done with having Fibromyalgia, I have days I can’t even wear clothes.
I love this patient! I feel like this is how I would be too! A dream come true ❤️
I have been told as a teen that I should have seen a chiro. My back was and is a mess. I just am getting older and just now it starts aching. My shiatsu therapist thinks she'll never fully get the knots out of my back. I'm now so scared to visit a chiro. These videos are what keeps me going through the hours I have to rest due to my pain.
Go AFTER a massage. Makes adjusting easier. Or so I have been told...
I have Fibro as well and the sides of my throat hurt constantly as well. Wanted to say, I wonder if she has checked for occipital neuralgia. I have that as well and it hurts from shoulder blades, up the scalp, up to the back of the head to the middle of the head.
The best chiro on UA-cam
Oh my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and migraine brain would love some help. But I’d be screaming at that much pressure.
Oh yeah. Even medium pressure on my mid back is too much.
She’s AMAZING 😂
I have fibromyalgia and my god I soooo need this! I’ve gone to a few practitioners, but they don’t ‘get it’. They treat me with kid gloves and do less than the minimum, even though I make it very clear, do your worst and I’ll tell you if it’s too much. They don’t listen 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️.
I’m in the UK, if you know someone who can and will do what you Dr. Mondragon, PLEASE let me know! I will travel for this treatment! I can’t travel to you though unfortunately! I wish I could! 🥺🥺🥺
I need a good going over, to give me a good start so I can continue with what I can do myself at home, and go to a practitioner for top ups (hopefully from someone who can and will do as you do, because I can’t stress enough just how much i NEED it! 😩
I sooo resonated with this lady when she said about digging her knuckles into her lower back/upper glute area …. I’ve actually bruised myself before when doing that, but the relief after is amazing (I do it regularly (only bruised once 😂 but it was very bad that time) … my hands afterwards … not so great! 😂
I also had a huge build up behind my ears and it took a lot of work for me to get rid of it, it was all one massive lump behind both ears! My thumbs hated me afterwards (it took 3 days for me to flatten it all out! And I did it 3 times a day for ages! At least an hour at a time but it felt better, and I could feel it going down each time too).
I’m a qualified sports injury therapist, but I’m not physically well enough to continue working in that capacity anymore 🤷🏻♀️. I suffered a long term emotional trauma, which my body couldn’t physically cope with, so now I have fibromyalgia, I was got snd healthy (fittest I’d ever been) and within a week of exercising 5 days a week, full of energy, caring for my young son eho has adhd and a kidney condition, I ended up unable to sit up, slurring my words, tripping over air, balance issues, couldn’t think of everyday words. It’s insane.
I really wish I could travel to you! Xoxo
This girl is literally my medical twin--hypermobility, swollen neck glands, tight ribs/hard to breathe, chronic pain, knots everywhere. It's crazy. I thought I was the only one.
Same!!!
Me too! Very strange watching the video and going further on and being like me too for everything!
Amen
If you were in Maryland I would come see you as I definitely need this.
Omg I am her!!! I have fIbro have come a long way with diet exercise especially yoga but I struggle with these areas! - for so many years
So glad this lady was able to visit you. Hopefully she can come back.
This is me! Lol my boyfriend will dig into my back and although its super painful i cant help but laugh. He thinks im weird 😅
I have fibromyalgia.... *sits here naked watching and cringing*
I watch all the time but I'd probably only be able to handle light massage and the adjustment. I also have Lupus too, so releasing all the toxins with massage & scraping will throw me into a "sick" episode.
No risk, no reward
Sounds like you should be drinking more water, both before and after appointment.
Try water fasting. It made the difference for my chronic pain desease.
I have a little scraper at home. Even after 2 minutes of that I get so gross feeling. Like its too much and someone hung me upside down for 10 minutes.
You probably feel sick because of what the earlier poster mentioned. Its stimulating the lymphatic system and when you do that you release toxins into the body. A lymphatic cleanse is beneficial, however everybody is different and you need to know your limits. Scraping and Gua Sha also initiates an inflammatory response, thus stimulating and “healing” the area through the inflammation (even though not fairly deep). However this can cause some bruising for a day or two and again it’s something that you have to become familiar with the know the limits. This woman being a professional is using it knowing exactly how far she can go of course. If you’re trying to do a cleanse, stimulate your lymph system You can definitely do that but you definitely have to build up to it…start small and slow..
Certain activities stimulate/cleanse the lymph system as well, As long as you don’t go super hard, overdo it and set yourself backwards. Believe it or not an excellent way to do this is to use a trampoline or a rebounder for 2-3 minutes every so often throughout the day and then slowly work your way up.
GLAD EVEN A DAY LATER I SAVED THIS FOR NIGHTTIME!💤💤💤
Why is that that the leg goes up? Always happens when I’m getting a massage and I always feel uncomfortable when I do it
i got a low pain tolerance but i would love to be worked on by dr mondragon
