In the world of race engines, when a motor is really running good, you say "It's Hitting on all eight". This is three guys hitting on all eight. Best sounding engine ever.
Lol. Back n da day, had a 57 Ford with a 427 NASCAR motor. This song reminds me of a Vegas trip in that car. Clapton on max volume, fat joint, pretty girl, high gear, 5K rpm. Lol, you're not the only gearhead motor builder.

Hard to describe. This music is an artistic melting pot of jazz, blues, rock, and funk, and other ideas sprinkled in like classical Indian and African music.
At Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama they told that Jack has no abillity to compose, well listening these improvisations, you must come with ideas rather quickly. Funny that the teacher who told that to Bruce could watch Farewell concert on TV, tho......
This track is truly mindblowing!!! nobody played like that in the sixties, bands like Grand Funk Railroad and Led Zeppelin started a short time after Cream disbanded, the guitar playing of Eric Clapton on this track is phenomenal!!!

One of the worst albums of all time! This "song" is especially irritating. Clapton's worn out repetitive licks played over and over and over and over ad nauseam. Jack Bruce's costant bass noodling which goes on for what seems hours on this song. Then there is Jack Bruce's annoying unpleasant voice to top it off.
