I loved the last scene with you and your team, backs to the camera, sitting on the grass with the glorious sea before you, hoodies on, and you congratulating them for their work, as they tucked into your fabulous cooking! It was very touching. I felt like I was watching high cinematography! BUT NO, it was a real tender moment of authenticity!

Hey Gaz, wanted to say thank you. My oldest sister had a brain aneurysm in February. After being in the ICU for months she had lost a lot of memories and struggled with eating. Once she was home my parents struggled to get her to eat for a month. I made her your plantain salad one day and she ate the whole thing and loved it. Now my whole family makes the recipe. And my sister is eating better. She said wow where did you get the recipe. She’s doing better now. But thank you for the inspiration.
Oh I really hope she continues to improve...please tell her that there are people thinking of her now and sending up prayers xxxx

@Cosmos Poppies so hard to say but I think the vegan 100 as it has so many staples for example making your own plant based milk and sauces like ketchup aswell as some great food recipes. Hope this helps :)

I’ve made the scallops with the sea foam, truly amazing but nothing blows my mind like the watermelon tuna. The poke bowl from a previous video is like nothing else. These steaks look fantastic and I can’t wait to make them!

This man loves a challenge and the sheer talent and beauty behind these recipes along with the details and the variety next to the shoutout to conservation and activism makes me not only sure I’m going to make at least one of these for my family and watch the documentary but that I’m going to recommend both. Not the first time or the last the perfection here sells me on everything it’s about. Bless this man and his crew and channel and all the people who support the philosophy and art.

I made the watermelon tuna tonight and WOW, super impressed! It's not just the only tuna that's dolphin-safe, it's also ocean-safe! The texture and flavor is mindblowing. I'm definitely going to make this when I want to impress a bunch of people.

I'm not even a vegan and I still watch all of Gaz's videos, and have made a good few of the recipes! Surely but slowly I'll become a full fledge vegan!
You will never be a full fledge vegan when your recipes are associated with the consumption of fish and scallops.
