Without any mention of the ethnic cleansing of Kashmiri Hindus by the Pakistani govt,taking away autonomy of Kashmir doesn't make sense. Also,refuge is given ONLY to persecuted ethnic groups. Jews from Germany were given refuge in western countries. Not the majority Christians. Why? Because they were never persecuted there. Similarly,the Islamic Republic of Pakistan persecuted the non muslims,and hence, citizenship was given ONLY to them.

Hindus of India don't want any special treatment , just equal treatment. The predecessor to Modi Dr. Manmohan Singh once said when still Prime Minister that Muslims of India have first right to India's resources . Many such instances and govt schemes were made explicitly for benefit of Muslims. In india , temples are under govt control and have to pay taxes but Mosques , Churches aren't under govt control and are exempted on paying any taxes . Many more laws or schemes exist for muslims . So this argument doesn't hold any ground that Hindus want special treatment .

This is why a westerners should not make videos on Indian Politics, the facts are summarized in a one-sided way. No proper explanation from perspective of a common man. It is like Indians making videos with title "how Europe is embracing its Nazi past" due to raise of right-wing parties.
1. There are over 30+ Muslim Political Parties in India. Why don't they come forward to teach Hindus how to be secular and open minded?
I challenge every single Muslim party in India, make an openly Gay/Lesbian party president or a Transgender as a party candidate for Chief Minister/Prime Minister. Your maniesto should contain Climate change, Gender equality, and No caste in Muslim community.

2. Congress and its allies, like any other party in India wants to be in Power. The way they managed to do it after 1971 is to split Hindus based on caste. Caste is still used as a weapon for vote with a promise of goodies. Even today, the parties use caste divide to harness votes.
Modi is the only leader in India who managed to bridge the differences amongst Hindus and work towards making India a developed nation, for every Indian citizen.
Of course, the way he chose to do it is questionable. But is the media in the west free? Look at today's war in Israel, no one talks about the Palestine cause before Hamas attacked and the reason Hamas managed to gain power. (Hamas is a TERROSRIST group, I don't support those swines.) Similarly, the war in Ukraine, Russian media are completely banned in Europe. Snowdown and Julian Assange are in jail, where is freedom of expression? You will find plenty of such contradictions in Western democracies.
Modi's policies have been collectively good for India as a society, this includes Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, etc. alike. Doesn't matter if you believe in aliens, you can use UPI. You can take the same highways as the cow worshipper while being a worshipper of "one true" God. If you are Indian, you are evacuated from a war zone without questioning your faith or beliefs. Our foreign policy is stronger and more vocal. Congress too was, but not as good as the current ones.
Governance works, it doesn't matter who you are. India still is a democracy, a vibrant one.
3. Hindus are the only religious group in India, who are open minded, they have issues and problems in the social system, but they are evolving, they accept reforms, they accept the new laws governing them. The majority of Hindus do not go to the temple once a month, they visit occasionally during festivals. If you google, you'll find Gay/Lesbian Hindu weddings, show me one from Islam. This is the sign that Hindus are changing according to their perception of the world around them and embracing the change positively.
For the Westerners, the best example is Denmark. The majority of Danes are Christian/atheist. When they realized that their way of life and social norms are getting out of hand due to changing culture of Danish society, due to mass immigration in the name of refuge, they changed the law decreasing the amount of Immigration in the name of REFUGEE.
Similarly, Hindus believed that every other faith would accept them as fellow Indians and not judge for their faith. After all they are the same people, who have languages and roots of the same or similar tree. That is not the case, American and European Christians are funding mass conversions in the country. Same is with the Wahabi Islamic funds coming from Saudi. The non-Hindu faiths don't just demean Hindus for their way of life, but also don't feel pride about Indian arts and culture associated with Hinduism like dance forms, classical music, and folk arts. I remember my Christian friend not accepting to visit an ancient Hindu Temple because it was against her Christian Faith. So appreciating ancient architecture is now based on faith?
This is the reason; Hindus today are more turning towards the Hindu Nationalist parties. European parties like Fratelli D'Italia, Perus Suomalaiset, Sweden Democrats, Alternative für Deutschland, and Republican party of USA, etc. are some examples. Did white Christians suddenly become Nazis? No, but they are worried about the identity crisis in their country.
They guys who broke away from India, Pakistan has been going through an identity crisis. They call themselves decent of Arabs one morning and the next day lineage of Turks. This is also the case of Indian Muslims. They don't accept thier Indianness.
Indians, doesn't matter who and what they believe, be it Monkey God or Bread/Wine maker or a Guy who married a 9-year-old, they should appreciate, nurture, and embrace the positive ideals of India. This can be art forms, dressing, music, literature, language, dances etc. which originated or evolved in India. This is how Indian Identity is preserved, which is diverse and unique.
This divide amongst Indians where the reason British were able to exploit and rule India for 300 years. And today the Christian, Sikh and Muslim organizations outside India use it for their benefits whatever it is. Look around India, Saudi/Qatar/Iran directly or indirectly controls every Muslim country. Apart from Indonesia, every other Muslim majority country have ridiculous norms dating back to origin of Islam and it is being planted by religious radicals of oil rich middle east.
I am a Hindu by birth, atheist by choice. My wife and my daughter should be able to walk in Indian streets without being asked to wear Burqa/Niqab/whatever bullshit. This can happen only when Hindus are in the majority. Because Hindus are diverse, tolerant about other faiths and this makes them the ideal majority group to be with.

1.) Case for Citizenship Amendment Act CAA - If you look at the population caharts of India, Pakistan and Afghanistan even Bangladesh you will soon realise Muslims have highest growth rate in India while hindus and Christians are ethinically killed in PAk and Afg so for them they have brought this rule. Just look at population concensus. Stick to somewhat reliable sources like UN and Pew research.
2.) Case for Article 270 - You need to know about 1990 Kashmiri Hindu exodus.
3,) Case for ram mandir - Ayodhya is birthplace of Sri Ram invader purposely broke it and made babri masjid in that place and issue was in supreme court for decades and other land parcel is allocated for muslims to make place for masjid as that designated place is for Hindu temple.
Final point if you look at govt subsidy and schemes like Free ration and Pm awaas-housing scheme the biggest beneficairies are muslims as they are still poor due to massive population growth rate and teaching their kids in madrassa (masjids) insead of regular schools.
I wonder why didnt you use comparative data rather build this knowledge on stupid articles from obviously funded media houses like al jazeera, bbc and many others. Stick to what you do better rather than enetering into things you dont understand.
Ahmadiyya Muslims are equally persecuted in Pakistan, even more than Hindus and Christians. Every few days, they are shot dead, and there are attacks on their mosques. It is punishable by jail terms, even the death penalty, if they call themselves Muslims in Pakistan. (Many Ahmediya are under the death penalty for blasphemy, as they call themselves Muslim).

As for the political climate, I genuinely believe that BJP's rise has been beneficial for India. Although I acknowledge not everything the BJP has done is perfect, their achievements over the past decade seem more significant than what Congress managed in six decades. The fact that people are voting for BJP repeatedly suggests a significant shift in popular sentiment. 1. Narendra Modi won Gujurat state election due to development in the state of Gujurat. Your analysis indicates that Ayodhya, where the Mosque was demolished is in Gujurat. However, Ayodhya is located in Uttar Pradesh, not Gujurat. Hence, these are two different things.
2. "The Sikh Militants" killed in OP Bluestar were terrorists inciting violence not militants
3. The assassination of Mahatma Gandhi is a contentious issue and BJP.RSS did not support the assassination of Gandhi Ji.
4. Hindutva is a way of life, being secular yet embracing your own faith
this is all based on a unbiased standpoint, and its not like i support any particular party.... Also, the development schemes launched by PM Modi where available to both underprivileged Hindus and Muslims.
