Government Agencies need to be security compliance. It's not just china who's playing with the US, but also your local hackers. They are literally showing that we need to step up a security game.

Unfortunately, just "being compliant" doesn't mean you are actually secure. Building strong security posture means having competent people and teams that look beyond "best practice" and third-party security audit reports. :) At least that's my experience.

I work for a British company that build plasma etch and dept tools for the Semi industry. I've heard more than one story of engineers going out to China to work on tools and having their note books stolen or catching Chinese workers poking around on there laptop. They are decades behind the west at the cutting edge. Decades of short cutting R&D by stealing has meant they have basically lost the ability to innovate.
The lack of essential cybersecurity, such as network air gaps and security updates from U.S. defense companies, makes Chinese hackers look like Geniuses.

Ethnic diversity is also the US's weakness. There are ethnic Chinese with access to information across Defense, Business and Academic sectors that can be compromised by Chinese intelligence. Ethnically Western counterparts residing in China are heavily monitored with every movement controlled.

I worked on both F22 and F35. The idea that someone can hack our network/data is laughable. Our networks are not even connected to the internet and encrypted, explain to me how anyone can hack them remotely.

It was not stolen. Werner was a known Nazi captured at the end of world war 2 and in exchange for his freedom he helped the U.S. develop it's initial rocket program. It was not theft. It was more like bribery but still not theft. The designs were stolen from the Germans. Werner just made new ones for the U.S.
The J20 is nothing like the F35. It's much bigger, differently shaped, has two engines and a different purpose.

the J20 first flight in 2011, let minus 4-5 years for development = year 2006
in 2006 largest usb stick around 256 MB. copy one would take 30min to 1 hours and you need 120-150 usb stick to do it. that many usb stick

China's R&D spending is 3X that of the US in term of PPP-adjusted dollar and have been for a decade but you'll never hear American officials admit the US is falling behind. Every Chinese breakthrough is always stolen from the US even when the US have nothing equivalent.
J-20 have higher speed, bigger payload, and way more range than F-22 and F-35 and is also the first 5th generation jet with 2 seats for networked drone warfare. But its all copied from F-22 and F-35 even though it'll be America's 6th generation NGAD jet that will have feature parity with J-20

Correct me if I’m wrong the F35 can only manage 90 seconds maximum supersonic speed right but the J20 can maintain maximum supersonic speeds for 30 minute and it can also control 6 drone fighter jets! (I just want to say the J20 intercepted the F35’s locked on to them and made them leave)
