Want to clear up some statements here, as a medical student: carrots do help your sight. They contain vitamine a (retinol), which play a really big role in vision; retinal is a pigment. Vitamine A deficiency is actually the first cause of blindness. We even call it beta carotene because of the fact that carrots contain a lot of this nutriment
Vitamin A deficiency causes night blindness.
@@sohakarim5375 yeah it does, as well as xerophtalmia which can lead to total blindness
Beta carotene is a vit a precursor that is converted to vitamin a(retinol), the latter of which is only found in animal products and not carrots

Diane while carrots (and every other vegetable) are good for your eyes, even eating a kilogram a day isn’t going to noticeably improve your vision.
Pretty sure the amount of hair in just your top knot when it’s half up is the amount of hair I have on my whole head omg
That's half her hair, as a straight haired person that is a quarter of my black hair
All her hair is like an 1/8 of my hair.
I have about a quarter of her hair lol.
It used to be fine, but I had a lot of it, but it's falling out now, so it's super thin.
I don't think I could even do the back-combing trick, as I don't have enough hair to cover the top 🙈.
Mine is the same length as Stella's at the moment, as it's all i can manage with my health. I used to always have it long (and prefer it that way, but it's too much work).
@@lindatannock have you had a blood test for it to check what's wrong? I've had hair loss and I am anemic. I am on iron tablets now and cook with cask iron skillet.
The amount of hair on her top knot is double the amount hair I have on my whole head :)))))

Love these hacks, I have fine straight hair and the two I'll use every day are hair spray on the bobby pins, and using the bobby pins flat side up. Unbelievably these have never occurred to me in over 50 years of hair wrangling. Thank you so much. Also, the carrots story was to make kids eat them when wartime food was super boring and probably home grown and not perfect

WHY was the ad in front of this video 5 MINUTES CRAFTS?!
I’m confused how do you get your lenses right if it’s just from a company? Like do you not need to have a professional look at your eyes and see what strength you need??
get the prescription from your doctor and then order the lenses
@@h1d34w4y that’s not how it works you get your eyes tested, they tell you if they improved or what not and then you pick your glasses then and there. And I went on the website she’s talking about, you get what you get there’s no option to put on your own lenses. They are not actually glasses they are for style clearly.
So on the website when you click on the glasses you want, you will have two options on the bottom of your screen, one is ' frame only ' and the other is ' select lenses ', so you click on ' select lenses ' and you will have three other options : single vision, progressive and non-prescription. You choose the type of lenses you normally use and click next, then you'll have to fill in a form with the prescription that your doctor gave you when you had your eyes examed.
