I am a very recent subscriber of your channel and like your philosophy about being out to enjoy nature and not necesserly wanting to load your freezer with meat on each trip . Its the same for me when I do grouse hunting in fall , hiking is my priority , and if I hit one or two , well thats a bonus , if not , I still enjoyed the walk . I would love to have a hot tent and be able to leave it somewhere as a base camp if I knew it would be intact when I come back ...its alway's a risk , some people have no respect . I use to put snares for hares a few years ago , I miss that time . I might go at it again this year if I have a chance . Thanks for the video

I feel the same way about hunting as you do. If I get my moose then great but if I don't get one then that's still fine with me. I just enjoy getting out in the woods for the day. There have been plenty of times when I've left my rifle or shotgun at home or in my vehicle and hiked with my camera on my shoulder instead.

Another great video my buddy. Nice steak and onions some good cooked like that, and leave it to the lab to show up when food is ready and to sit in front of the camera lol.
It definitely saves time having the tent up, just wish i could trust to leave my stove set up and not have it dissappear.

Good evening great set up there buddy no rabbits but that's ok not many rabbits around here now i say the coyotes are cleaning them up . i say i be trapping them next year for sure, i did get 2. the tent you have can it sleep 2 and where can i get one i am thinkin about getting into hot tent camping. have a great weekend.
Hey Wallace! That tent could probably sleep 4 people. It’s 10 ft by 10 ft. I got it from Canadian Outdoor Equipment in Ontario. Ordered online. They got a website you can check them out online.
Wondering how thick is the ice
I checked the ice on the previous video and it was about 6-8 inches thick.
Have you tried moose spice, from the Newfoundland spice company?
It’s friggin amazing. I put that shit on everything
I’ve tried some of their spices but not sure if I’ve tried that one in particular. I’ll have to check it out! Thanks!
