Hyundai Tucson JM 2007 unmovable rear hub bearing

When the bearing / hub is fitted to the car and tightened to anything over finger tight it will not spin.
Tightening to proper torque setting is seized solid and will not turn whatsoever.

To anyone that runs into this problem again check for rust between the back plate and knuckle. I had a new backplate fitted, same problem until I took it all apart and cleaned up the knuckle.

Wrong hub assembly.. Looks like the hub is for a 4wd Tucson not a front 2wd?
