My dog Lucy lies on her bed near me when I come down to practice with you. She also lies down here while I workout with weights. If im lifting, she just curls up and sleeps. If I'm doing Yoga with Tim, she puts her head up and watches you as soon as she hears your voice. Then she slowly drifts off to sleep as she listens and watches. Imagine a small, scruffy dog in a rubbermaid bin with just her head popping up and resting on the edge of the bin, blissed out at the sound of your voice - that's Lucy. We both enjoy your videos very much! Thank you for sharing your hard work.
That is so sweet. Thanks for sharing Amee.
Couldn’t believe this was 5 mins, felt like only 1! Could’ve done this all day haha
Cool! Thanks
Tim I really like this option of 5 minute guided savasana! Your countdown really helps me focusing on fully relaxation on my body!! Thanks!
So good to hear. Thanks José
I have never completed any joga challenge before, with you I'm doing second challenge because everything is so slowly, calm and not aggresive. My body is getting used to it by doing daily yoga. Thank you Tim you have an amazing taste for begginers🥰
Great and good to hear
Your guiding with a countdown really helps me focusing on my body and fully relaxing 🙏🏻 I would love to see a longer video like this one, 5 mins passed so quickly!
Also great idea with guided/silent shavasana ♥️
Ok great, thank you.
Agreed! That went way too fast! :)
Yes yes yes to longer version!
Namaste🧘
Namaste.
Excellent! Amazing to feel how much energy is pulsing through my body when it's most relaxed.

Yesterday twisty day lead wonderfully for today's openers. Fantastic preparation and guidance.
Great! Thanks
Wow. ❤ that was amazing after a yoga workout!
Glad you liked it!!
Did this after the 25 minute upper back - I’m so zoned out but I felt great after the practice just took a few minutes to come back
Thanks Tim for all you do appreciated❤
You're welcome! Thank you!
This is my go to after weights followed by yoga to stretch out, just need your soothing countdown to help me know I’ve made it and as a reward for all the hard work 🙏🏻
You got it. Thanks Katherine
I almost fell asleep. This was SO relaxing!
Hahaha! Nice.
Thank you so much for this offering Tim! It’s been showing me my own progress in enjoying non-doing. Before I would rush off to the next activity even before you were done closing the video and now I feel like it’s not right unless I add on these 5 min savasana to really feel into my body. Many thanks for all your videos, really transformative.
Nice and good to hear it. Thank you Emilie
The pivot point in my long day. A beautiful guided meditation presented in a harmonic setting. Those of us whose life is anchored in design always welcome visuals of an orderly world. In this case a natural interior setting. Thank you, Tim. I will keep this handy because you remind us again what a peaceful mind and body are. Great delivery.
Hey Noe. Thanks for the nice comments.
Another precious present for us, to life. Thanks, Tim 🙏 Namaste
Thanks Mario. Namaste.
Thank you so much Tim for making me feel so good after this wonderful class! 🙏
You're so welcome!
Linking to an optional savasana is genius. Great to let people decide what they want for the day, depending on whether they need to rush somewhere or have a few extra minutes.
Thanks Tim.

This is the first time I’ve done the guided Savasana, wow it is amazing, I always struggle to relax at the end but the 5 minutes flew by, I shall definitely try to fit this in as it really does ‘seal’ the practice. Big thank you Tim for making me really enjoy all aspects of the yoga x
You're so welcome!
the perfect ending to today's video Just awesome Thank you Tim
Thanks Gail. So glad you liked it.
Beautiful and super relaxing. Would love to have a rubric on CMC with videos to calm down. Again your voice is amazing and you’re able to find the right words. You should start a podcast! Connect with Johanna for an interview 😊
Thanks, I have the yin/restorative classes on the CMC that are great for that. 😉
Nice compliment to today's practice. Thank you.
Cool. Thanks David.
That was a lovely shavasana - as it is getting cooler here in Montreal (I normally have a window open a bit for yoga), I finally unwrapped my Manduka blanket that I was given with my Manduka Pro Mat for my birthday (which I am really loving), and it was very nice to be covered during the shavasana at this time of year. What a nice deep relaxation. Thanks Tim! 🙂
Sounds nice! Thanks Darlene. 😉
Thank you Tim! This I really needed. Namaste🧘🏻♀
You're welcome Lucy. Namaste
I did this after day 6 of the 30 day yoga challenge and loved it Tim. Thank you.
Thanks Pam
Loved this practice and loved the guided meditation option at the end.
So glad you liked it. 😊
Beautiful guided 5 minute Savasana. As previously mentioned a little longer version would be perfect to begin or the end the day with also. Namaste!
Ok. Cool. Thanks JR. Namaste.
What a great way to finish the 40 minute strength flexibility session. Thanks Tim!
You're welcome Brandon.
Esperando con toda la ilusión y alegría, la hora de practicar contigo cada día. Gracias🙏🏿 por acompañarme Tim (aunque no lo sepas).
Gracias por practicar conmigo.
Hey Tim! Thanks so much for your 30 day challenge! I haven't manage it in 30 days, but I'll finish it! You often say that Savasana is the most important part of the practice, and I was just wondering if you could explain why? Thanks for all you do! ✌🏻
Great question. Meditation is the aim of asana.
I want more of that Tim. 🙏
You got it. Thanks Ricardo.
Here we have yet another of Tim's incredible meditations. Thanks. It calmed me down and even made me nod off a tiny bit, hehe. Xo Heather Thrills
Cool. Thanks Heather.
Really enjoyed that, could you possibly do a longer session based on this relaxation format?
Thanks
That’s a great idea! Thanks
@@yogawithtim i 2nd that request
I can’t believe that was 5 mins! I almost fell asleep.
Hahaha! 😊
🙏 Sylvie 😊
Thanks Sylvie 😉
Ever thought of making us a full 30mim guided meditations 😇
Thanks for the suggestion Nelis
Love it 💖
Glad you love it. Thanks Tove
Tim, as I experienced your guidance through the body relaxing I noticed how my mind was in a juxtaposed state; still rigidly jumping between each thought. The body led the mind to relax. This felt different than starting wit releasing the mental posturing before the physical posturing. After experiencing this today I wonder if it is a natural progression - moving from the gross body, to the subtle mind, and sivasana ending with a release of the mental holds? Does your teacher have any thoughts on this?
